Likes

The tutors are so impressive and knowledgeable
The value added course they provide is very useful
Very liberal and gives importance for culturals

Dislikes

The timings are bad 11 30 to 4 45 it's not the morning and also not the night
Often they ask money for events and that's not fair
Canteen food is average and u can't go out for lunch

I chose this college because it gives more importantance for culturals so that I will have a lot of opportunities to show my talent and proper permission is given for students you go to other colleges to participate

Internships Opportunities

Tata consultancy services Pvt Ltd cognizant technology solutions Pvt Ltd HCL Bosch Wipro Infosys. All these companies provide internships 7000 is the maximum stipend students are selected on the basis of their commutation skills

Placement Experience

Placement training is given from 3rd year and most of the students are placed here and no the companies that comes for placement are multinational company and very renowned companies like TCS and CTS hcl

Fees and Financial Aid

We have to pay 54000 per semester which is once in a six month and you'll have to pay 34000 as an establishment fees if you are opting for hostel and the seprate mess bill will be issued every month scholarships are available for merit students and backward community students

Campus Life

Overall experience is so good and importance for sports is so high sports students are very much pampered and separate hostel is provided for them spots students gets total consetion and scholarship they are very happy

Hostel Facilities

I'm an hostelite and I love the food and compared to other hostel this is fine and decent.room are there sharing and quite large and three blocks one for first year and one for 2 nd year and one for 3rd years

Admission

I chose this college over other colleges because of the fact that there are a tons of cultural events happening here and I'll get to show my talent over there and there are lots of club here for to join

Faculty

Exam are conducted often and there are around 7000 students as a viscom student I find my college very entertaining and I won't complain I love the environment and surrounding and the faculty is very friendly

I interested in science and my senior who was a botany graduate in my college said that the lab is superb that's why I chose microbiology.but the lab doesn't have enough requirements which greatly become a barrier for us to get practical knowledge

The pros and cons of avinuty

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is relavant to the coarse,iam a nutrition student and I came to study abot nutrition,but I have also learnt about microbiology, food evaluation,food making,food safety rules,food entrepreneurship etcc which increases the variety of opportunities based to the course. Iam happy that iam learning about diet planning which is why I chooses this course. It really helps in real world opportunities as they allow intership s,practicals,practices, competition etc.. The area it needs improvement is the language skills of the professors as there are other states students there some people cannot understand tamil so they have to teach intwo languages. The timings of exams is not that bad there is one and half month gap between exams.

The placement will be happening for the 3rd year students who have registered already by paying 6000 rs. The topics companies like Accenture, TCS, wipro,etc come for placements. The highest package is around 3.5 lakhs per annum . I am opting for higher studies.

Remarks:

The infrastructure of the college campus is very good and peaceful as well. My college has a vast library which works from 8.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m on all working days and study holidays. Here if a student wants to borrow any other books other than his/her course, they need to seek prior permission of the Principal to get them books.
