What Students Say?

Likes

Good exposure as you meet with different kind of peoples around you
Good infrastructure as there are many sports you can play that you have interest in

Dislikes

They have a very small campus it feels that is shorter then what usually campus size are of other colleges
Location is very bad of college it makes you feel restricted as you are far from the main city

Course Curriculum Overview

At my time there was an old curriculum followed in which we used to study useless subjects but recently it has changed and for the good as the college has became autonomous and changed the subjects for the students

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 136000 per year

Placement Experience

Recently due to recession the placements has drop down in every college as in our college where placement rate was about almost 100 percent has falle onto 70 to 75 percent with mostly packages are offered by mass recruiters like 3-4 lakh packages

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The year wise fees is like 1 lakh 36 thousand for mine and it remains same for me throughout my 4 years but it increases by few thousand for the freshers. There is a fee waiver option in this as well as my friend is a fee waiver so he has to pay only 36 thousand as year fees

Campus Life

It is good as there are various clubs here about your interest like music dance coding acting etc and are given various opportunities to showcase your talent as in sports you get to participate in various places

Hostel Facilities

In first year our hostel room was of best quality you can imagine food was also okayish where we use to get variety of things and Is also very good to live there but as the year progresses you may feel that the hostel room are getting downgraded

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

I had plan of going into Jaypee noida but I felt short of 1 percent to get my ideal branch in that college so then my brother had studied from my college and when I was getting my favourable branch in this college I accepted it

Faculty

Few faculty members are good as per my experience in first year faculties are meant to be strict to you so you may feel how bad they are as person but as year progresses you will realize they are bad in teaching as well as they are only there for the sake of teaching and students are there as well for just attendance

Remarks:

The infrastructure of our college is of top quality. Facilities like classrooms, Wi-Fi, labs, etc, available in our college are good. Facilities are easily available to students. The library is too good for anyone to sit and study for long hours. Teachers in our college are very helpful, and they are always available to help us. They plan the schedule in a very effective way. Many teachers are PhD holders. They have good knowledge of their subjects, both practical and theoretical. The course curriculum is relevant, and it mainly focuses on what industry demands.

Kiet is good choice if you are keeping it in options.

I chose kiet over other colleges such as (akg, abesec glb) because of placements went from kiet last year. Also my sister who passed out from here suggested my kiet. Of course some ipu colleges and and there other universities better than kiet but i couldn't clear their criteria and some were out of budget like jaypee. I have taken direct admission which was based on boards marks and a admission test instead of jee percentile from counseling. Fees is same for both counseling and direct admissions. KIET : A place to study rater than enjoying college life

my positive remarks for that the college is very good the faculty is very good the study is very good and then from sister is nice but that's my negative remarks are that the students cannot go anywhere for burns like there is no I'm also anything in around 30 minutes of time if you have to go to a mall you have to wait 30 minutes and traveling show the social life of banking is not that good but the studies have a good in the college....Read More
