Course curriculum is overall good. The college has very substantially updated syllabus according to today's needs. It provides awesome lab facility. There are several clubs and organizations run by students which provides practical learning to students. These clubs and organizations organize events and competitions as well which gives motivation for learning.

The college provides a range of internships across various engineering disciplines which are facilitated by the placement cell of the college in collaboration with industry leaders. Several companies like Tata consultancy offers internship roles in software development. And there are other companies as well with which our college collaborates for interships.

Campus placement of Zakir Hussain College of Engineering and Technology has not been uptp the par lately. However there several bodies working to overcome this issue and they have even succeeded at some extent which is evident from the last year placement.

The fees of core branches(like Computer engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering etc) is around 20,000 for the first year and around 8,000 for the rest of the years. On the other hand, the fees for some other branches which have lately been added to Zakir Hussain College of Engineering and Technology is around 60,000 for the first year.

I am having a very good experience overall within the campus as it provides very good facilities. Different departments of the college organise different festivals related to their departments. The college also provides Alumni scholarship to its alumni.

Hostel provided by the University is wonderful. It doesn't charge for accommodation, it changes 1400(INR) per month for dining facility and provides overall good quality food. The hall of residence also has a separate air conditioned reading room, common room and provides numerous sports facilities within the hall campus.

I appeared for JEE MAINS examination in which I couldn't secure a good rank. But with my lower rank I applied for admission in several colleges amd got a confirm seat in Darbhanga Engineering college. Simultaneously, I qualified the AMUEEE entrance and I took admission as Darbhanga Engineering college is run by Government of Bihar.

Most of the faculty members are friendly with students and all the faculty members are highly qualified from highly reputed institutions of the nation. Any student having any problem or issue in his/her subject can consult the concerned faculty members in the classroom as well as their chambers.
