What Students Say

Likes

College Faculty (specifically for BCA Most of them were decent and good)
The girl to boys ratio is 8:40 for BCA,MCA and it is significantly more for BBA and BA LLB
Co-Curricular activities for every type of person

Dislikes

Too much events (completing the syllabus is not important but event is)
Schedule (they notify you 6 hours before exam or practical that there is practical)
Some rude faculties and Higher ups who ignore even if you have medical conditions.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is decent. For example, the courses in BCA are good, but you have to learn it and can not depend on the college to teach you as sometimes 1 module gets completed in one day and too many projects with assignments.

Class Size: 48Course Fees: INR 100300 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are two internships that they provide, named as NTCC Major Project in the second year and third year where the company visits us and gives 1 month of training on different domains like web development, AI and ML, Android development, graphic design, etc. They don't provide any stipend and instead take fees for that, which vary from 3000 to 6000. If you are good, then you can do an internship from outside as well

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for 3 year for batch 2023-2026 was 3,44,000 and there was 25 Percent scholarship for getting over 75 Percent in boards in main 4 subjects, 50 Percent scholarship for getting over 88 Percent and 100 Percent for getting over 93 Percent (remember these scholarships are only applicable for 1st year after that you have to maintain CGPA to continue it). You have to deposit security money of 20000 during admission.

Campus Life

You need a campus to have life Anyways there are too much fests and events so you will enjoy and social groups are also there. The library have 7000 books and there wont be any issue. The main fest is Amiphoria for our department the main fest is Mechaphilia.

Admission

I chose this college because it is decent for BCA (the course i want) and there are very few govt institutions which provide bca so i chose it over other colleges. I also got qualified in lot of central universities as i have secured 90 Percent in CUET UG but i was getting other courses so i chose this college.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is good (48:1) and the faculties are highly qualified and cooperative, you can also approach them through whatsapp or call for any queries and most of them are concerned towards.

Interview Experience

There was an interview where the faculties asked what programming languages i know, have i ever did programming, what are my future ambition, which field i like. They also asked what are the tech stack and tech domains i know about.

Placement Experience:

Generally Students become eligible for campus placement after the Fifth semester. Companies visited to my college are Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, ICICI Bank, Suzuki, etc The Average package offered is about 3-4 lakhs per annum.

My college is the best college in my State

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students are eligible for campus placement. The companies which are visite in our college are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, microsoft,flipkart, Amazon Americana, Capgemini, ICICI Bank, Accenture etc. The highest package is of 11 lacs per annum which is from Accenture and average package which is from Wipro TCS and all reputed companies are minimum 3.5lacs per annum. 80 to 90 percent of students gets placements. My plans after getting the degree is to take jobs in reputed companies and learn and develop skills. I can also persue mca degree after completing my bca degree.So my main focus is to learn and grow my skill set.

Placement Experience:

Final-year students are eligible for campus placement. However, the condition of campus placement is not good in this college. Very few and lesser-known companies come here for placement and they get 15-25k of monthly salary average. However, students got a good package using off-campus placement. Patna college review

Remarks:

Faculty are sincere and dedicated towards students. Computer labs are not good. Pc are in very bad condition. But the college fees are so nominal that even poor students can afford it very well. Infrastructure is well organised.

Amity University Patna Review with insights

I my opinion if you want any best college in Patna Amity University is best for you. At my time of addmission there were COVID lockdown, so I choosed Amity University Patna otherwise I will looking for college outside my home state. I choosed Amity University as it was a brand also it has best environments compared to any private college in Patna. I have applied in cnlu and got selected but because of there no moot court society and placement exams I choose Amity University Patna and also I have applied for BIL college but there is nothing to like and there is no placement. I didn't get rejections from any colleges I had applied. The admission process is very simple we just have to fill the form and then the PI is scheduled we just have to give the PI and on that basis the selection is done. Okay college

For doing BBA you can easily take admission by giving its entrance test. You don't need to have done you 12th in any particular stream. It is better to take admission early be updated by checking it's website as you can take admission till seats are available. Talking about it's entrance exam anyone could easily crack it even if you are an average student. There will 2 round of test one is written test and other is personal interview.
