Remarks

It is a good college overall to study in Odisha, if you are wishing to study in a government based university or college then it is one of the best colleges in Odisha. Both for Graduation, postgraduate, MPhil.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The exam structure is good and has a height standard regarding the strict rules and guidelines for the exams to be performed by the students. The course curriculum is good and is totally fair to all the courses with different streams. The question is of good standards for students as a tackle to how to do good and excel in scoring good grades through tough hard work.

Placement Experience

2.5

There are fewer placements, but the placement is of good value, focusing on the BBA and MBA students and also for the students who wanted a good career straight after their graduation.

College Events

2.5

Annual function, at the end of the year, is celebrated where celebrities and highly known politicians are invited as chief guest, Different puja celebrations such as Ganesh puja, Saraswati puja, Holi, Cultural festival, to showcase the talents of the students with singing dancing, drama art, College concert are also celebrated.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Being a government college this college has a nice budget fee for all concerning different courses. It differs from science to commerce to arts, with subjects having practical and non-practical. Probably the fees for 1st year are within 3 thousand, and so on for the 2nd and 3rd year.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I haven't opted for any scholarship or any other forms of education loan. But there are many scholarship facilities for the students.

Campus Life

2.5

The campus life is good or a bit average, it has a common room hall for both boys and girls to hang out during free period and play indoor games like chess, carom, table tennis. And also it has a badminton court within the campus too. The gender ratio is almost equal, the labs are average though depending on the department.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior is very cooperative and concerned about the newly joined students to guide them in all ways and provide them the help needed.

Admission

The admission process is done through the cutoff mark selections based on the previous class marks, every stream of the subject has their own cutoff percentage depending on the different phases of admission. I was admitted to this college through the 3rd phase of admission. The college conducts approximately 3 stages of admission in which different cutoff marks are published regarding the first, second and third phase of admission. Probably with the science stream the cutoff gets up to 85 - 90 in the first phase, then 75-85 at second and 70-75 at the third phase of admission.

Faculty

4

The faculty of the college are good with different abilities to guide and enhance and encourage the students to excel and learn more in a convenient manner. All the faculty members are highly qualified with different enthusiastic skills and motivation to motivate the students to do good in all sectors.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've chosen this course because i love Zoology. The curriculum is strict and it also focus in the discipline of the students. The only problem is the class our overlaps with sports hour so if you want to practice your game you've to miss the last 2 classes. They all teach so professionally . Examination here are conducted so neatly and the time period is also okay.

Course Curriculum Overview:

those course curricullams at central university of odisha is thought fully designed ,offering a balanced blend of theoretical depth and practical relevance. on eof the key reason why students opt for such courses like int mathmatiss is the seamless academic progression and strong foundation it provides for research and comprdative exams. that curricullum could be more better as it can be more practical. what we are studing is like 80% theory and just 20% practical. so i do think that could be more better. the quality needs to be improved.
