Likes
- Faculty of the college is very good , supportive and has a friendly nature towards the student.
- The campus of the colleges is well maintained with the greenery and regular check up of the ground as well and good parking facility for the students vehichle as well.
- Some teachers are phd in their respective field and has some very good knowledge that they provide to their respective students.
Dislikes
- Most of the teachers are not phd in their field and some of them just have done their graduation from the same college.
- Lack of extra curricular activities, there are no such activities on a regular basis.
- Extra formalities for the student, ex if they want to go out of the campus they have to ask to teachers basically like in school.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course that we studied was out of date and was oudated and i would say that its not the colleges fault rather university's fault because that syllabus was decided by the university and the same syllabus was running was last 10 years so i would say that material and the content was which we studied in our school and was very easy.
Fees and Financial Aid
During my time fees per year was around 20k so tota fees would be around 60k and right now the fees has increased for bcom that is around 17 to 20k per semesters which total for 35k per year and for the full course it is around 1 lakh rupees. If you want to do masters from there you will get a deduction from the masters tution fee.
Campus Life
There was a lack of these facilities The college conducts the annual fest and which was also postponed during our time due to some technical faults which no one knows. Yes there was a sports competition in the campus which was of table tennis , tug of war , cricket and chess.
Admission
Actually I didn't apply for other colleges because i live in rishikesh and the college was located nearby my house so it was easier for me to go college on the regular basis and the main motive to go college is for the requirement of the degree so prefer this college over another college and the fee structure of the college was also very affordable so rather to go expensive on the bachelors i choose to go affordable and to spend money on my masters.
Faculty
There is a good number of faculty in the campus . I would say that faculty to student ratio would be around 1:10 and they are easily approachable as well. Vibhum Bansal sir and Ajeet Negi sir i would say the best faculty in the Campus. Exams were around 2 per year one was the internal exams which was conducted by the college and the other which was conducted by the University. The exams was not moderate was not east and not that difficult.
