Course Curriculum Overview
As a student in a tier 3 college pursuing a bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering, I would rate the course curriculum as moderately relevant and somewhat comprehensive. While it covers essential foundational topics, it often lacks alignment with the latest industry trends like AI and machine learning. The curriculum provides a solid background but offers limited hands-on experience and practical projects.
Internships Opportunities
Recently, our college has hired a placement officer. She's working really hard to get companies to our college. This year around 11 students have got internship though her network from our college. It's improving.
Fees and Financial Aid
My college fees per year, for 2 semesters is 70000 rupees with an extra course which cost me rupees 3500 per semester. Apart form this I have to pay approx 5000 rupees for my semester end exams. Including assignments books and lab books from college, it costs me around 500-600 rupees per semester.
Campus Life
My college is not much into cocurricular actives. We don't have any specific clubs. But they do organise extents like onam celebrations, freshers day, Navratri celebration etc. We rarely gave any programs.
Admission
I wanted a budget friendly and less fancy college so i decided to join this college. Comparetively my college offers less facilities and overall education experience. My CET rank was not that good to get me into a good reputed college.
Faculty
My college is a typical tier 3 college. The faculty, not much experienced , often lack effective teaching methods, and the infrastructure is quite basic. We follow the VTU curriculum and its rules and regulations.
