The Wi-Fi is good. The labs have almost everything we need. The classrooms could be bigger. The hostel is fine but small. The students are friendly. The food is good. The washrooms are dirty. Overall, the infrastructure is fine but too old and requires renewalThe infrastructure of our college is very huge and attractive. Many movies have been recorder here because of its beautiful building. There are more than 7 hostels in college. The quality of food is 7/10. There is a great focus on sports activities.

Infrastructure in class includes tables and green board. Whole class is facilitated with fans and ventilated windows. Every floor has washrooms and drinking water supply. Hostel has many facilities like Wi-Fil mess, tables, garden etc. Hostel fees is affordable .Teachers are very friendly, highly qualified, and experienced. The teaching quality is excellent. The curriculum deals with industrial needs. The semester exams are challenging to the students and requires good amount of knowledge to crack it down.

Admission

There are no placement opportunities for students. We have found a job on our own. Many students go for further studies or change their fields. Some students join as helpers in small clinics around the college. There is no help provided by the college for internships eitherI choose this course here in Khalsa College because it is only provided there. The future is all around artificial intelligence and my course is also in AI . My college can improve the side subjects. There are more than 100 events in the college in a year which is quite huge number.

Placements: The placements of our college is pretty good. It's increasing every year for each department. For our department, they have enrolled more than 400 students in BCom alone, while it never exceeded 180 in previous sessions, so it will boost the placements also. On average, it's 60-65 percent placement rate. It also provides internships. Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is phenomenal. It's spread over 330 acres and is very developed. There are different canteens for different departments. The classrooms are ventilated. The building itself looks very beautiful (old money type). Each department has its own library, and the main library is one of the biggest in the state itself. Faculty: The curriculum of the course for our year is pretty easy and simple. However, the next year it will become more industry-oriented and professional in skill basis. The teachers don't go deep into the topic, but they are always available for help if you have any doubt anytime. So that's a plus point in our college. Other: The environment of college is very green. The people are very friendly. The security is also pretty functional.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course that is bsc in artificial intelligence and data science is quite demanding and I think this is the only field which is growing faster. Another reason for choosing this was I had huge interest in this field. But faculty, their teaching way and syllabus is too way less as compared to course. They focus more on their rather than the practical work but in this field practical work is more important than theory as theory plays no role in this field . They must reduce the number of mid sem exams conducted and focus more on making students better in practical work. After the starting of semester, just after 25 days when syllabus not even completed as the 1st unit.. they shout spreading the news of exams. We just got too busy in exams which make us feel distracted from our real work .

They are very supportive. Always ready to help students. Semester exams are little bit difficult but can be passed easily if you have done hard work during the semester.
