The curriculum includes new age concepts like Data Structures. And various programming languages like java ,python,prolog,Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing. The curriculum equips you with the skills to work on real-world projects. The teaching methods can be improved by including visual learning from animated videos.

The New college will have campus placements from the academic year 2026 the potential companies are: TCS WIPRO AWS ACCENTURE and other multi national companies . The internship opportunities include: 1.Full stack developer 2.Devops engineer 3.Database management system 4.Data analyst 5.Gen-AI developer

The year wise fees is 80,000 Tuition fess for(Year I ,II,III is 26,230),Special and science fees for( Year I,II,III is 1500),Computer lab maintenance fees for(Year I,II,III is 5000),NSG/other fees for (Year I is 620),caution deposit is 500,Insurance fees is 150,Infrastructure and amenities fees for(Year I,II,III is 4000),Miscallenous fees is 1500 and Alumni fees is 500. Scholarships: 1.National merit cum means scholarhsip: requirements 1. 50% marks in qualification exmamination. 2.National loan scholarships: (for students of ST and SC category) Requirements 1. 50% marks in qualification examination 3.Scholarships for physically challenged 4.Muslim Education Association of Southern India scholarship: for fiancially challeneged and deserving muslims

C.The volleyball team were the runners up for the inter zone matches held by the government of TamilNadu. I applied to Loyola college,Chennai and SRMIST kattankaluttur, I got rejected by SRMIST due to not being able to pay the donation fees which was around 3 lakhs. I got selected in Loyola college but I chose The New college because it had a greater muslim community and some of my school seniors graduated from The New College. The admission process is: 1.The eligibilty is for B.sc courses minimum of 50% marks in Maths,Physics,Chemistry in +2 examinantions approved by the government.The admission goes by smoothly once you have the proper documents and are above the eligibility criteria.

The faculty is very easily approachable.The one faculty member I liked is Dr.Amjad basha he is my Statistical mathematics teacher, he explains complex topics in such a way that each and every students understands it.Another one of the best faculty members according to me is Dr.Mohammed musthaq he is my Data Structures teacher and explains topics by visually representing them. There are mainly four exam per Semester : 1.CIA I,II,III 2.Model examinations a month before semester examinations 3.Practical examinations(Course specific). 4.Semester examinations Roughly 5% of students fail. The course curriculum is somewhat relevant.
