The deep dive into my college life

The curriculum of the course attracted me in a manner as I belong to a farmer and business family and the farming is all fruits, vegetables and grains that's why food technology and yes from businessman point of view I want to do big in this field as an entrepreneur the curriculum settled by the university sets you up and help you to get the basic knowledge from the start to end the food tech field it helps you clear your all basic and make you as much as goo d to be possible to do good in the food tech field I don't the teachers are doing anything wrong in my college the have very vast experience they know their role, the exams are conducted very timely as suggested by the university but the problem the results declaration timing it takes too much time to announce but the whole this mess is spread by the university not by the college

Many companies of each and every stream comes to the college for enrollment of students for internship programs like farelabs, bulwark, haldiram, Jubilant food works, hike, TCS etc are the company. Many projects which are given to students and also choosen by the students which are beneficial for their respective fields and the public convenience

Only in Last semester they get allowed for placements they only got the opportunity to sit in the placement interviews from 7th sem many companies like haldiram, TLC, bulwark Pri. Lim. Co. , the highest package of the college this year was 12 lakh and average package was 5 lakhs which is consistent from last four years more than 80 percent students get placed from our college if I got placement with good package deal then I'll do the job if didn't get the package of my expectations then I'll do M.Tech and for that I'm doing the GATE preparation

The year wise fee of the college is 72500 which is submitted in 2 set of 36250 which has been taken in 1st set in odd sem and 2nd set in even sem and other than this there is also the examination fees which is directly paid to the university in the amount balance of 7200 if you are taking admission in the college by jee mains, uptu scholarship exam then you got some scholarship by the university and there is also the provision that if your father is not there with you then you got the scholarship of about 40k to 50k as scholarship ammount.

There are many events conducted in college like zonal games in October, AAGAAZ cultural event conducted in December, ABHYUDAYA the annual function in April, the library of the college is also very big, around 80000 Books and journals are available in the library many events are conducted by each society of the college which are sports society, hobby society, literary society, cultural society etc there is no student run social group or club in our college as it only creates hustle and riots in the colleges

Hostel facilities are also good as there are are deferent hostel for each year and girls hostel also is in separate place each room has a table, chair and a bed provided to students but the meal of the hostel mess is not that good it is average. Registration process of hostel is very easy but the hostel authority give priority to those students who are from other states or from other cities more than the students who lives nearby the college. If you don't want to live in the hostel you can love in bichpuri which 2km away from college you can easily rent a room there or there are PGs also available in the locality

I also wanted to choose Chandigarh University but it is very far from my home town that why my family didn't allow me to go that college that's why also didn't apply their and not in any other colleges and if I didn't apply for any college then how come I can be rejected and my college admission process was also Pretty much simpler than any other colleges it takes students from JEE main, UPTU scholarship exam and also privately the cutoff I don't know about it but can ask this with college faculty as I said they are very friendly

The faculty of college is very much approachable and friendly with students you can go to them any time without any hesitation they will help you anytime the like Mr. A.B. Lal sir he is friendly with students and always thought about the student's benefit Mr. Dushyant Singh sir he is also very approachable to students and help them in any situation you can go anytime to Mr. Divya Singh Chauhan ma'am, she is the best she always thought about her students and always interact with students in friendly manner there are 3 minor exam and 1 semester exam has been conducted in every semester and there are also the tutorials test has been conducted by every teacher weekly

No I didn't face any of the interview GDs but in personal development classes I faced GDs there we learn many things about the interview and questions asked by the interviewer to interviewee by the way the topics of GDs are not that tough they'll be given on the basis of you stream and sometimes on the topic of any current affairs admission process is very easy you only have prepared documents for the admission like 10th 12th marksheet, domicile status, your father's income certificate, caste certificate etc.
