Course Curriculum Overview

The BCA course in YCMOU is affordable than as compared to other universities and colleges. The reason why I opted for this course is the growing demand for computers and cyber security. The course mainly focuses on Programming languages and app development things.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 22730 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

The students are eligible for placements from TYBCA. The companies visiting for the placement are tata, Infosys, etc. The average package is 2.4 lpa, the highest package received was around 5 lpa. Almost students gets placed in a good firm.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees I've paid for FYBCA in Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University is 22,730 rs yearly. The fees is same for all category students ie(sc,st,obc, general). The university is good as it gives affordable price for courses as compared to other universities.

Campus Life

The range and accessibility of books and journals in library is excellent, almost every book for random courses are available in the library. The college provides digital board for teaching students. Many sports events and extra curricular activities are organised in the college.

Admission

The reason why I opted for this college is again the affordable price of this course as compared to other universities and growing demand for computers. The admission is done on the basis of entrance test result conducted by YCMOU itself.

The college faculties are very supportive when it comes to doubt asking, problem solving and various other things. Practice tests are being conducted before semester exams to ensure the students are prepared in a good manner

Beyond books how Smt p.n. doshi women's college shaped my career and confidence

Likes

Teaching staff is awesome they always support and motivate us for our better future
Campus is good and also canteen has good quality food and hygienic
Colleges helps students if they are facing Financial crisis and also gives various opportunities like internship placements and organized various curriculum activities

Placement Experience:

From third year company started to visit our campus for the jobs companies like itology , infohybrid, skigit , UN women placement drive , job fair , silver link ,proofofskills,TNS india foundation program ,Wipros work integrated learning program ,probox infotech ,irobokid I didn't gave interview because my plan was to pursue masters and I have got training too from college and got good score in cet exam and I also got internship opportunity data analyst internship at Imarticus learning from college

A rewarding learning journey.

Likes

The faculty members are very supportive here and the labs are also very good.
They also provides workshop and also lot of extra curricular activities where we get to learn lot of things .
The washroom are also clean and canteen has affordable foods.

Dislikes

Sometimes the staff members don't co-operate here

Placement Experience:

I am going to pursue masters in computer application but college also offers placement and internship opportunities and through out my college I did two internship one was from iide digital marketing internship of one month and second was from imarticus data science internship and the college also provides certification courses like data analysis,cyber security etc.

Supportive faculty and a positive college environment

Likes

the teachers were supportive and explained topics patiently. I found the classrooms and library useful, and the overall atmosphere on campus felt safe and comfortable for learning
the course covered important subjects, and practical sessions helped me understand concepts better. The college also provides scholarship guidance and basic placement support

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes time during admissions and examinations. Faster communication and online updates would make the process more convenient for students

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are average, and students usually become eligible for placement drives in the final year. The placement cell conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, and occasionally invites companies for recruitment. Many students also apply for off-campus jobs and internships to improve their career opportunities. The packages depend on the company and job profile, and students who have good academic records and technical skills generally get better opportunities

The collage of beauty

Likes

Minimum strength of class if more than divided into divisions
Time is very friendly to each and every students
Uniform is very best looks very professional

Dislikes

Quality of classes is not so great because of fans
The computers in collage are in properly working condition
Library facility is little weak because of tables in library

No exam required at that time, i had just directly applied for BCA on the basis of my 12th mark sheet and got the admission from OBC category.
