Review of the college- ISB&M COE

Course curriculum is generally as of the one provided by SPPU. The college conducts projects and other activities for the real world application point. Every thing has some lows. Improvements are always required with time. There are UTs for each units and are intended for the preparation of insem and endsem.

There is a company named Black-Orange Talent (BOT), which offers internships to students. The company is basically an organization which is interested in teaching the children about the robotics ???? and machine learning, etc. So, students visit nearby school (partenered with BOT), and interact with and teach the children. The incentives are nice like starting from 1.5k per month you can get upto 7k even on the basis of your performance off course.

7th - 8th mostly. IT companies like Imfosys and others had offers. Most of the companies are of smaller scale. But has good packages. Highest may be 18lacs or something. Avg 4-5lacs. Placements is the area where college needs to focus atleast for the current scene. The percentage is like 50 to 60% Or could be less.

There are many events and activities are conducted. Like Kurukshetra for the sports, Minerva for the culturals and many more activities are always going on through the year. Clubs are created for every purpose. Discussions are made.

College has hostel facility for students. But, for boys its only for the 1st year. Girls can choose on there own after 1st year. The mess is good. Hostel fees are like 50 to 60k per year and mess is 4800 per month. Students can rent flats with friends or PGs are also available. They can find both in nearby areas like SusGaon or Pashan. Or if have travel facility like bikes, then look for Baner, Balewadi also.

I got only this college in CAP round. But I have no regrets. Could have been in a better college, but this is not the worst. Nor the best I can say. Every student thinks he could have been in a better college.

Each branch 6 to 8 faculties. And the student relationship is very nice and casual. The faculties are always ready for the help. As usual SPPU exams ie InSem and EndSem, and college conducts UTs on regular basis, for each unit. Most of the students make it to pass the exams.
