Experience of an online Sastraite

The reason I chose this course was only to get a degree at the time I could get concentrated more on CA course. The frequency of examination was 6 months which is sufficient to cover the curriculum syllabus. The areas need to be improved was to increase the interaction between teachers and students at regular intervals and should also consider online mode students for extra curricular activities in order to encourage them in other aspects too other than education of the course.

I have just completed the course and I am not sure about the placements they are providing. But they provided in the past where India's most prominent firms like Tata, Aditya Birla came for campus interview. My plans after getting was to complete CA course.

I studied B.com General in online mode during 2021-2024. Course fees was ?20000/semester which is same for all categories no difference for others. Exam fees for first 2 semester was ?4500/ semester, ?3750/ semester for next 3 semester and ?1500 in final semester. Since it's an online mode of education it comes under Online and Distance Learning Education(ODL). It suits for self learning interested students where there would be no extra curricular activities other than education. All classes uploaded as videos along with study materials in the portal for preparation along with weekly assessment for every week.

I studied online so I can't say anything about the environment and infrastructure they provided. As far as I heard about this college from known sources it's a good college to learn what's your curriculum and nothing more than that. No more expectations should be here.

I didn't got rejected by any college and I also didn't applied to any other college too. I applied to this college as this was one of the very few colleges st that time offered both B Com alongside with CA by tied up with CA academy in Chennai. I chose this to focus more on CA than B.com, so I chose bcom course with online mode. No exams and cutoff they mentioned to join this course. The only eligibility they said was 12th pass. The admission experience was nothing difficult it's very easy as it's a course eiyhno exams required, no cutoffs and counselling so it won't be difficult too.

There is no faculty student ratio as it's an online mode of education. There was six subjects in first 2 semesters and five subjects in remaining 4 semesters. All exams were of 70 marks conducted in online mode and 30 marks from weekly assessments and assignments. All were very much closer to curriculum and courses.

No. There was no interview or group discussions that I have faced for admissions. I came to know about it via online that they are offering B.vom course through online by tie up with KS Academy CA institution of Chennai.
