about Cihmct college

It's a very good college infrastructure wise and teachers are also very good but placement is not good. As student are going into aihm for placement as aihm have placement cell for placement interviews.

5 working days 2 days off and exam structure is like mid term exam will be held for 6 continues days and final exam are also held at the end for 100 marks. And passing the exam is easy because 40 ? is needed to pass exam.

Placement are not good but internship will be placed at very good and nice 5 star hotels mostly in delhi like my hotel where I did my training is Radisson blu plaza delhi and my stipend was 300 as it's very low but other hotels on an average give 1000 INR.

As it is situated in punjab so it's festivals are influenced by punjabi culture loorib, christmas and other festivals and events are organised very well and famous chefs also visits and guests lectures are also given time to time .

As fee structure is feasible and almost same with private colleges but other facilities are given like raw material in food production and other things like hostel fee is very low. So it's very good according to fees as it's fee is around 50k for 6 months.

As loan facility is very easy and convenient as in sec 42 d sbi will give loan on the basis of your father/mother salary statement. As it will be supported by your college also. It's easy and nice as sector 42d is walking distance with college.

As sports day will be organised every year and table tennis is also there in hostel accommodation. But as such there is no play ground in the premises. But around the college there are parks and play ground and sports complex is also nearby.

As it's almost new every thing is in very good condition table chair, bed and almira. And food facility is very good as breakfast is very healthy and nutrition and dinner is also not bad chapati, dal ,rice one sweet alternative days .

As seniors are very helpful and help alot and alumini meet are organising every 5 years and there are very strong network in chandigarh as every goverment function will invite our college students and odc will be given in various hotels.

Clearing entrance exam conducted by nchmct then got rank and according to rank and my convinience I choose my college. It's easy to go for cihm chandigarh by just submitting some documents like 10th and 12th marks sheet photocopy, nchmct rank copy thats it. You will be admitted into college

Good faculty with good teachers as food production teachers are very nice and experienced. And other teachers are also very good like housekeeping,front office,food and beverage service. At the end all teachers are very nice.
