College forever to remember

Electrical engineering comes with complete electrical degree and minor in computer science which can obtained from the NPTEL courses online by selecting our mentor from our department. We can also get minor from mechanical engineering also. There also some honors in EEE available. Electrical course is super and every year in the electrical laboratory they teach about networks, power systems, power electronics, electrical machines ,plc,etc. which helpful for students to work in industry.

Internships are available in the campus also i.e in the siemens laboratory about scada and plc in detail about 4 weeks course. We can also make Internships at steel plant vizag and in AU HUB many new companies also provide Internships for the students of andhra university ????

Every year during the 4th year there will be campus placements. Only 3 to 6 students gets placements in electrical department which is around 3.5 lakh per annum and the highest package in electrical department is 6 lakh per annum and the industry is very far (chennai) ,etc.

I joined Andhra University College of Engineering through AP-EAPCET 2022 . During the year 2022 the College tution fee is around 39500/- and for the students who joined through AP-EAPCET 2021 the College tution fee is 29500/- so the tution fee increases every year but it is least affordable for a student to pursue Engineering. Students admitted through eapcet can receive government scholarship i.e full fee reimbursement for students whose annual income is below 3,00,000/- Another way of admission into college is through AUEEET Conducted by AU. Students who join through this exam cannot avail any scholarship benefits and have to pay 1,00,000/- for EEE , 1,50,000/- for ECE, and 2,50,000/- for cse per year throughout their course.

Student life in AU is like a free bird. Students can play participate in games like basket ball , cricket,etc. There are many core books and competitve books available in the library so that students can take maximum of 4 books they want.

Every year the students have to register their room no. In the hostel by paying a building fund fee of 4,250 for 2022 registered batch regular students, and for students after the 2022 have to pay 8,850/- Hostel is sharing 1 room by two students and it is very comfortable and ventilated. Hostel menu includes: Mon - Gaarelu, gongura pappu potato fry , egg sambar guttivankaya curry Tue - idly , dal and aratikaya fry , egg sambar ladies finger fry Wed - dosa with potato masala , chicken 1 cup rasam, veg curry like beans , mulaga kada , barbati, etc. Thu - punukulu , tomato rice /pulihora/ vegetable pulav curd chutney, gongura pickle made ???? dondakaya sambar Fri - ulli dosa , brijal &pakodi curry dal , egg sambar Sat - poori , pappu cabbage 65 , carrot potato curry sambar Sun - bread toast with omlette , biryani chicken and perugu chutney, veg curry sambar Perugu and pacchadi available every day And milk is available every morning

Admission process is through AP-EAPCET and AUEET through web counseling. Andhra university is in visakhapatnam in the center of city. College comes with lowest tution fee and a government university. AU comes with hostel facility which is hygienic and better than private college hostels.

In Electrical engineering department there many professors and assistant professors who teach us about the subject. Teachers explain classes through digital screens PPT,PDF and also sometimes through video lectures. All exams are very easy to gain 9 points CGPA besides there are some subjects whose question papers may entirely come only from the last lesson which is not taught well.
