My college

My college has all the facilities which are required academically. My college is a closed campus in which we can go outside the campus until the college ends in the evening. Sports accessories and the ground for sports are minimum and need to increase it's facilities still.

My college is affiliated to a university named JNTUK which conducts examinations to all its affiliated colleges. The course curriculum also is set up by JNTUK. The curriculum is changed for every regulation based on the recent advancements in engineering. Examinations are conducted by JNTUK in a jumbled manner in which students of one college writes their end examination in another affiliated college.

My college has a training and placement cell which helps us in getting placed in different companies in the campus itself. Different companies recruit students by conducting placement drives in my college. Nearly 60 companies have conducted drives in our college recruiting almost 500 students this year.

Several events are celebrated in my college. There will be an annual day event every year in the month of March. Several other fests for each department will be celebrated separately. We welcome guests for every event that has contributed to different fields. Cultural is celebrated after the guest speeches and lunch.

The fee structure in my college is very feasible because it provides quality education at a very good fee. As the government bears the majority of the fees it becomes still more feasible. As the facilities like labs and other equipment getting improvised, the fees get increased every regulation.

My college comes under the scholarship program of my state government. According to the scholarship, the scheme government pays an amount of 35000 to every student every year. I am availing of this scheme and get benefitted by it. Even the government credits an amount of 800 per student for each month for economically backward students.

Labs in my college have very good equipment required for our curriculum and it has an extra English lab to improve and enhance our communication skills. We organize many cultural activities in our college in which all the students participate.JNTUK conducts sports meet in different sports. My college has separate teams for different sports.

Seniors or alumni attend farewell parties at the end of the graduation. They share their experience and help us in understanding life after graduation and how to excel in a company or industry in which we are placed. Seniors have always been helpful in my college life in coping up with my studies.

The faculty in my college are classified into three types based on their educational qualifications. Professors, assistant professors, and associate professors. They attend the classes on time and complete the syllabus. They help us by clarifying our doubts.
