SRMAP University Review

Mine stream is BTech - CSE. My course is very much relevent to my stream. Except in the first semester and second semester there were subjects like History, Biology which I dont know why they kept. But except that everything is ok. My cirriculum provides a solid foundation for real world applications. It ballences theoretical knowledge and practical exposure, ensuring students get right skills needed for industry.

The companied which will offer internship including stipend are less. Some of them are Paypal, Microsoft The projects and outcomes are related to the company which we have got and we have to answer them about the work given

From 7th semester students are elegible for placements. There are many companies visited like JustPay, PayPal, Valuelabs, Barclays etc. each took atleast 2-3 studets. Till now the highest package is 40LPA from PayPal and average is 9LPA. From previous years batches, percentage is around 80 - 85% got placed. My plan is to get a Job

Year Wise - 310000 per annum. For the students who are joining through SRMJEE Exam - 1) Application Fees - 10000 This one we have to pay only one time before joining the university. 2) Tution Fees - 300000 per annum 3) Training and Career development fees - 10000 Total - 310000 per annum and extra 10000 in the start. For the students who are joining through EAMCET RANK - 1) Application Fees - 10000 2) Tution Fee - 150000 per Annum (According to my friend's fees). 3) Training and Career Development Fees - 10000. Total - 17000. This information is related to my joining year which is 2021 but now for latest batches the Tution Fees is around 350000 and rest all are same. Scholorships - Related to SRMJEE Rank. If it is less than 10000 - 15000 in SRMJEE from there it will start. It is not fixed if parents come and talk to management they may give more. So I cannot exactly tell how much percentage will be getting. But you have to maintain 8CGPA every year in university to get it.

The main annual fests are Aloha and Infinitus which are celebrated every year. Not only that there are other fests like culture fest which showcase a vibrant mix of performance and competition,and events. In addition to that there are other events which are hosted like Flash Mob and other events. The College offers a wide range of books and journals in the library and not only in library but also some access keys are given through which we can access online journals also. The Classrooms are equiped with mordern technologies like smart board and each and every class will have wifi and students will get wifi anywhere in the campus. Labs are also equiped with good number of PC's which are enough for every student. There are different kinds of sports which are available in the college and every time they will be conducting interschool compititions also for both indoor and outdoor games. There are many social media groups and clubs which are runned by students are helpfull for students.

Mine is 3 sharing Non AC There are different kinds of rooms available for studensts to book and fees changes accordingly. The meal quality is also good and taste is also OK. After completing one year, Every year the hostel registeration will be opened in out student portal and we have to book out room from that. We have to pay full 1 year fees at a time. If you rent in a PG, it would be best if you stay in Mangalagiri or gutur which will be near from the university.

I applied for GITAM Vizag and KLU vijayawada and from both I got the acceptence letter. But after carefull consideration, I choose this college because of its strong academic reputation, industry connections, and curriculum that aligns with my future goals. The campus infrastructure and opportunities for hands on learning, internships, and research which played a important role in my decision. I got rejected from other colleges like Amrita and VIT because I was not able to perform well in the entrence exam. The admission process for my college is through SRMJEE exam which is conducted by SRM and through EAMCET. I have written SRMJEE exam and got rank around 2k, which is a good cutoff rank to get into SRM University. My overall admission experience is great.

BTech CSE is a 4year Course - Total 8 semesters. For each semester there will be atleast 4 - 6 subjects excluding 7th and 8th semesters. And from 3rd year(6th semester) we have to start choosing open electives and choose Stream specilization. For that a list of subjects will be provided which is either offline or online accordingly. Maximum all the Faculities who came for me are very friendly and nice. We can approach them anytime we want and they will help with it accordingly. DR. Manikandan Sir is one of my favaroite sir and best faculity according to me, beacuse his way of teaching and helping students is really great. There is no faculty whome I didn't like everyone was nice. The exams were medium - hard even some of them were easy. But still we can pass it is not like we will fail any exam. Any average student also can pass this. But some students did fail some subjects.
