One of the Best college in West Godavari

Positives: With the new college top management they are providing alot of facilities and conducting a good number of events. There are tremendous changes in the college environment and can expect a lot more in the future. Negatives: Yet to increase the standard of Teaching and Need a lot more placements associations with big companies.

Here they follow the JNTUK Exam pattern because it was affiliated from JNTUK. The standards of the Curriculum is so old and the JNTUK Board has to update the syllabus as per the new AICTE norms. Coming to Exam pattern, they will conduct final exams on alternative days. There will be internal lab exams that may be conducted prior to semester exams or after exams depending on the time factor.

Coming to the internship, they won't provide or encourage any internships for the students. When it comes to placements, nowadays the college is reasonably good in providing placements. They are getting good companies to the college.

After college got Autonomous status, they are conducting events on all important occasions like Dasara, Deepavali, teachers day, Sankranthi, health day, etc.., They are conducting techno fests and inviting celebrities to the events.

For normal Middle class people, it is expensive. Fee for B.Tech Students is almost 1,00,000/-. They will provide a scholarship for people who got a good rank in EAMCET. I think they don't provide any feasible plan or structure to pay the college fee.

They will provide you a scholarship amount of 10K for students who got eamcet rank in the range of 1-10000 only. For remaining they don't provide a scholorship or loan facility for all departments. Scholar ships are not provided by any college in the West Godavari area.

Labs in the college reasonably par to the standards. Weekly they will allow you to go for sports as a course curriculum. But you can use sports equipment after college timings till 7 PM in the evening. The gym facility is there to maintain our bodies. Good food canteen is there on the college premises.

The hostel was not that good. Because food quality was not good and they won't provide any varieties. The rooms are also a bit congested and not easy for studying in the rooms. Hostel management is not that friendly with students.

Coming to the Alumni network, college people will call the persons to get all the details of the alumni's. They will conduct alumni meetings yearly once. Coming to senior students, that completely depends on the persons' weather they are willing to help you or not. It doesn't depend on the college.

When I studied in college, the skillset for the Faculty was not that good. They are post graduated persons who don't have good experience in teaching. But know after the college got NAAC, NBA standards. They recruited Ph.D. candidates and a lot more experienced professionals with good teaching experience.
