Likes

The sterilisation department is very good , good instruments are given
There is small group teaching which includes 33 students
The college infrastructure is very elegant. Comprehensive clinics is the best idea we can know how to treat patients outside when we open the clinic

Dislikes

Academic wise the college is good but less extra curricular activities in the college
The transport from my home town is very difficult the roads are
We cant handle work and personal life at a time due to more stress in clinical and academic hours but the skillsof the students of vishnu dental college are more

There are comprehensive clinics in our college which help the students to diagnose properly which help the individual when they setup there own clinic , we have posting to different pg departments like periodontology ,oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, prosthodontics, lab postings like ceremic lab and acrylic lab posting where we can expertise our skills

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 72000 per year

Campus Life

Kalosthav ,kelosthav , kalakshretra, kurukshrethra, we celebrate our cultural fests in march and sports fest in February, there are very wide range of collection of books and journals in our college library, they provide apple ipads where we do note about the patient history, treatment details. Our college have VAIDHYO website where the patient data is stored likes photographs, intraoral findings , radiographs, daignosis

Admission

I got my A category seat in the counsellings process. I selected this college due to many reasons like small group teachings, comphrehensive clinics , friendly staff , there is a good sterilisation system in our college .

Faculty

The faculty are very approchable , we have mentors to whom we can share anything like personal issues , academics issues . We even have mentors in clinics who help us to improve for knowledge and skills as a dentist and also as a good human being to treat the patients

A controversial review

Course Curriculum Overview:

It doesn't influence me in any manner. But has a very good applications in real world, where it teaches about the oral hygiene and things about the oral health of an individual. It needs to be understand the concept and not in a rush manner. Nd also not by reading just the ppt. They can improve it by giving examples in a video manner, in which it is applicable. The frequency is needed to reduce and the syllabus needed to be reduced as per the students capabilities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of this degree is very vast and it covers all the aspects required for the future of the student. I choose this course because it helped me to make people smile without insecurities. The curriculum prepares you very well for the outside world by providing internship in the college itself. The classes are taken using ppt presentation and I suggest more of interactive sessions should be included in the curriculum.the exams are taken place every 2 months and a university exam is conducted in the end. The difficult of the exam is medium.
