Faculty is good and well educated and well experienced too.
Labs is well maintained and clean for students.
Environment is good and vibe is also good like coding and all.

Dislikes

Bathroom is the minise point of the college.
No lift for the students only for faculty useage.
Lack of digital classes and practical learning.

Bca course is good course for the students who are seeking into IT field and well and updated course compared to other. The curriculum prepares you well for the real world. And also built the confidence.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

College fees - 50k to 55k. Lab fee - 10k. Addmission - 5k. Form - 500. Government provided scholarship which range between 5k to 12k. College fee may different to caste wise like st/sc etc. Yearly fees will increase like 8k to 10k.

Campus Life

The experience with the campus is good overall but it lack in ground there is no group for sports and all. Events like freshers day and graduation day will be celebrated and curriculum activities annually. Students also in social group etc .

Admission

I have applied in other colleges also but the cutoff was high in that colleges. This college is good overall in all the aspects not too low and too high. The addmission process is by the government web option and direct addmission too. The cutoff of the college is above 6 cgpa. Students should pass intermediate by 60%.

Faculty

3.5

The faculty is well educated and experienced. If you have any you can easily clear it out with them , they are helpful too. There will weekly test going on and alternate day also for great learning of the students.

Roller coaster ride

Course Curriculum Overview:

To be honest the curriculum which we got to study was not at all relevant to the current real world demand of skills because there was only focus on the bookish knowledge rather than the real world challenges. We students only gained bookish knowledge and because of that we are facing so much of difficulty during graduation placements. The exams were held continuously making students so restless. Everything was good but only this.

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very Passionate about Computer Science. So I joined Information Technology which is the same as CSE. Information technology mostly offers the same opportunities as CSE in VNRVJIET. So, I preferred IT in VNRVJIET. In VNRVJIET, Hyderabad faculty: student ratio is approx 1:40 which is considered as Average ratio. Most of the Faculty are PHD Graduates but there are less number of Professors. Mostly there are Assistant Professors whose Teaching Methodology is average to Good but not rated as Better in terms of Teaching. Professors are good at Teaching but Some Assistant Professors are not as good as we expected. There are mostly newly joined PHD faculty members were there who will teach in a slow manner. Every 5-6 months we have Semester Exams which are mostly easy to pass if we have somewhat knowledge of the subject.
