Course Curriculum Overview
The choosen course includes basic and extreme subjects too. Untill the third sem you'll be taught more than 3 types of accounting which includes Financial accounting, Advanced Financial accounting, Corporate accounting, Advanced Corporate accounting, Cost accounting and Costing methods and techniques. All these will be applicable in the field of corporate world and used. Majorly learning corporate accounting helps alot inorder to get into corporate tech and helps to know everything practically. Choosed this course because I was majorly interested in Accounts and Economics. We also have courses based AI and Digital fluency, Indian constitution, Rural economy, contemporary form of India and Financial Education and awareness about investments.
Fees and Financial Aid
For the first year admission, the fees will be depending upon the percentage you scored in your boards. So if anyone secured 85% & above then the fees will be approximately 20,000 INR and the breakdown will be 4350 for government fees and the rest will be tution fees. For second year it was approximately 15,350 INR and the breakdown was 4350 government fees and the remaining 11,000 was tution fees. For final year it is 14,350 INR for girls, 4350 government fees and 10,000 tution fees. For SC/ST too, the fees is 14,350. For GM boys and 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, it is 16,000 of which 4350 government fees and remaining is tution fees.
Campus Life
Campus Life is good. Because all the courses batch will be together and can socialize everyday. The NSS community also helps in socializing from all the other colleges. Library is vast and helps in learning and understanding all the subjects related to all the courses. Sports is appreciated to both the genders and is pushed to other level. Cultural activities is also included and anyone can appreciate.
Admission
I applied to other colleges in Shivamogga and unfortunately some colleges were too far away to get in and ATNCC was near to get in. I was ' in ' for every college I applied for. The admission process was to first recieve application from college and submit then get approved and then apply in online portal of UUCMS and get approved and then pay the fees. Government fees on online and Tution fees on college. The eligibility to be accepted is to secure good marks in bother 10th & 12th. The overall admission experience was good.
Faculty
All the faculty members are expertise in overall commerce related subjects and are flexible to teach anything thoroughly. The course provided by the university will be taught accordingly, and when it comes to accounts which is very important subject in this choosen course it is well taught with practical classes everyday. Internals will be held twice in a semester and internal marks will be provided basis on the assignments, seminar, skill development, records, attendance and written internals. When it comes to the marking schemes the marks will be given accordingly to the answers written, in theory subjects it is quite hard to score a good marks.
