A mix bag.

As I have said it is a mixed bag. We have great lab facilities but on the other hand poor teaching quality and a very strict environment. Which is quiet a bit of struggle to adjust. Also, poor sports facilities make things worse, sometimes.

Merit List

Course and curriculum are of Gujrat Technological University, It's quite updated and well put. Furthermore, the exam structure is quite simple, we have two exams one is mid semester and the final one is end semester exam.

We have a separate placement cell that can help you with the job. Avg pay a fresher computer engineering gets is 10,000. The Maximum yearly package is of 4 lacks. The majority of companies are local and only want to pay below 10 or 10 thousand.

This the worse place if you like tech festivals, college more focuses on cultural value and tech festivals aren't considered one of them. We have a couple of cultural festivals in a year and one sports day that's all.

The fee structure is quite high here, around 40,000 a semester. Which is high compared to other colleges in the city. We don't have to pay any extra money, apart from the semester fees. We can pay fees in online and offline mode.

I haven't any kind of those facilities, nor college provides any kind of scholarship. Some of my friends are subscribed to government scholarships, which can pay half of the fees. College doesn't entertain any kind of scholarship request.

Labs are the most amazing thing in the computer engineering department. We have multiple lab sessions during the day. Moreover, we have large enough ground for sports but college doesn't make any efforts to encourage sports.

There no cultural like senior and junior helping each other. The majority of us hardly know a couple of our seniors. I think the department should encourage this relationship, it can really help Juniors to understand the subjects and the environment.

Knowledge of 70% of faculties in the Computer engineering department is below average. Practical knowledge of faculties are simply not up to the mark and updated. Faculties just show you the slides in the lecture room.
