Course Curriculum Overview
The course requires good learning and adapting skills. The curriculum is well prepared for the real world application and further academic purposes Teaching methods are traditional and needs some improvement. There are two sem exams in a year. They easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are offered by their own hospital Vinayaka Missions Kirupananda Variyar Medical College and Hospital which is only 100 meters away from the nursing college. There is no stipend to the interns.
Fees and Financial Aid
40,000 per sem 20,000 other fees in 1st year 40,000 per sem 10,000 other fees in 2,3&4th years 64,000 per year hostel fee Sem fee has been increased to 60,000 for our juniors and 80,000 to the batch after them. There is increase in fees every year.
Campus Life

Adequate facilities and technology in classrooms Sports and extracurricular activities are offered in campus.
Hostel Facilities
Good hostel facility is provided. A room with 4-5 beds and other furnitures are provided. Students have their own shelfs table and chairs. Food and the menu needs a major improvement Registration process is very simple and rent is affordable. Hostel is located 1km away from the college
Admission
I have not applied to any other colleges. Students that have passed 12th can apply for admission. Chances of getting admission is higher if the student is having good scores in board exams. Students are needed to attend the entrance exams.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is approximately 1:20. Teachers are friendly and approachable. There are many well knowledgeable faculties in the campus and all of them are approachable. Our batch will be the last batch with annual exams. Recent batches are having two sem exams annually. The exams are normally easy to pass. The course curriculum is relevant
