Course Curriculum Overview

4

Overall curriculum is good in our college and as from start i use to love the computer science subject so I'm into this subject and our curriculum is good they do provide the good data in practical. They provide good real-world examples and provides hackathons in college. They need to improve in the area where they need to use the digital class not only board they need to show in practical. For every 2 months we use to have mid exams and total duration of semester is 5 months and at last we have end semester exams.

Placement Experience

3.5

From 6th semester we use to get placements and the placements are not upto the mark usually very less placements as compared to any other gppd colleges. Only 30 percentage of students get placed which is very less package. The highest package will be 5lakhs per annum. I'm planning businesses.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid 87000 per year and for each students we have scholarships for SC ST and BC. Some of them have full fee reimbursement and some of them have different amounts of scholarships. We have to pay separate fees for the semester exams and for JNTUH we have to pay additional 8500 for the course.

Campus Life

3.5

Infinity is the only biggest fest in our college and it happens only once a year not that good in aspects of culturals and facilities are not that good in sports and other grounds for the culturals. We don't have good activities space in our college we dont have a playground to play in and nothing in Culturals but have clubs some of them are sports clubs, cultural clubs, etc.

Hostel Facilities

3

Locality is not that good its located a bit far from the city if we need anything to buy we need to travel atleast 3 kilometers from the place where i rented a house jus very near to the college. So location of the college is very bad for emergency situations

Admission

I have applied for the cbit college which i don't have enough score to get admission in cbit college. I choose this college because i am eligible to this college as per rank wise etc. Which we get admission through the Tseamcet exam which is entrance exam to get admission in any btech colleges

Faculty

4

Faculty to the students ratio will be 1:10 and have good support from the faculty and in my department a faculty of Design Analysis Algorithm he is the one who taught us in a very good way and he used to give good examples. Personally i don't have any personal grudge with any faculty and we use to have 2 mid exams for each semester and they are good not too difficult they are moderate, we could do good in exams if we study.

Other Applied Colleges

Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology - [CBIT] | Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Computer Science and Engineering)

I didn't met their cutoff

placement scenario at mu is developing but not yet at the level one would expect from an institute that markets itself as industry alligned , while there are some good opportunities , overall placement perfomance is average eligibility: student become elgible for campus placements in 7th semester aptitude training , pre placement talks usually begin in 6th semester companies visited tech mahindra , infosys , tcs , cognizant , accenture , hexaware highest package 12 - 14 LPA avg package 4-6 LPA PLACEMENT RATE ; around 65 -70 % for cse and related branches , for non cse percentage is significantly lower since placement scene isnt very strong i plan to prepare for gate or gre , explore certifications in data science or ai or possibly apply for research based ms programs

Placement Experience:

Students usually become eligible for campus placements around the beginning of their final year (typically the 7th semester for a B.Tech course). Many companies do visit the campus for recruitment. Some of the names mentioned in reviews include Amazon, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Sutherland, HSBC, SAP, and Wipro. It's hard to say the exact number of offers made each year, as this can vary. However, reports suggest that a good number of students do get placed. In 2024, one report mentioned 2000+ students were placed from the overall batchs. Details on the highest and average packages can vary based on the source and the year. The highest package reported for 2024 seems to be around ?44 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum), with some sources mentioning it reaching up to ?40 LPA in rare cases. One specific placement in Amazon was reported at ?44 LPA. The average package is generally cited as being in the range of ?4.3 LPA to ?4.5 LPA. Some reviews give slightly different figures, so it's good to consider this as an approximate range. Specific company-wise package details for 2024 show offers from companies like Amazon (?44 LPA), Mentor Graphics (?20 LPA), and many others ranging from ?6 LPA to ?10 LPA. Profiles offered would vary depending on the company and your branch. The percentage of students getting placements is also reported differently across sources. Some reviews suggest around 60% to 90% of students get placed. However, official placement reports might give a more precise figure. For the 2024 batch, one report mentioned 652 students placed out of the graduating batch.

Placement Experience:

Around 40% to 50% of students get placed in entire college. It is totally based on the skill of the student if students has very good skill training and placement officer also offers to apply for companies which only takes skilled students the college is totally computer science and only one section has ECE which is comparatively has less placements compared to other deparments since there is no computer science background this is the drawback for taking Electronics and Communication but if students are skilled in the Electronics backgroung Veda IIT which provides internship and job oppurtunities in VLSI and Embedded Systems but the student has to be a skilled person in the electronics subjects.
