What Students Say

Likes

The lush green campus and good places to spend time or relax within campus
Not much social interaction with the institutes seniors , and is limited to college activities and committee's or else if u tend to live close

Dislikes

Non supportive administration , and very carefree behavior of staff and faculties
The irregular functioning of committee's and non sufficient allocation of funds for any activities despite such huge fees , and no time for committee's to prepare for a good event + no leaves days for even national fest

Course Curriculum Overview

The college prepares u for the worst scenarios and time management with hectic schedule , the subject and legal field itself has been very attractive for me , the some subjects need good faculties which our important to build a base for further high semester and an overall understanding for the concept

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 340000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for batch or 2023-28 in 1st year was 3.4 lakhs aproxx including the students activities fees and tuition fees etc , and then 3 lakhs/year for next 4 years , exclusive of any hostle facilities

Campus Life

As i mentioned the best thing about the campus is campus itself , the humongous lush green beautiful area , sports area for few sports not much developed as of now , there is many students from other departments living in college campus u can interact with them if u want , but there's not any special interaction activity for that , the clubs and committee's dont get the much budget to they are working on bare minimum , the livrary is getting renewed, not good facility for wifi

Admission

Beacuse of good reputation , and suggestions by teachers , mentors and family , this college was not my 1st priority and its not standing as per my expectations as well , i couldn't get a good clat score to reach to the desired nlu's and nirma is comparatively similar to lower nlu's , admission process is simple u just need to apply and have a decent clat rank , and ull get a revert back from college if u get selected

Faculty

There's a fine faculty to student ratio and some faculties are very good teaching wise , like nikita ma'am a very supportive mamta ma'am for 1st years and overall approachable in some cases like personal mentoring and helping in academics but wont help much for any other issues

ILNU is just magic!

Placement Experience:

Recently Khaitan has partnered with us and DSK was already with us, so lawyers gets an opportunity to work there. I am calling lawyers as after passing out we are atleast lawyers for sure. Highest Package sk far has been of 20 odd lakhs from Law School of Nirma University. My plan is to go for litigation right away.

ILNU is best for corporate law!

Placement Experience:

Maximum students passed out from ILNU go for corporate law while those who want to work in dream law firms get the much needed chance here. Top law firms like Cyrilchand Amardas and Trilegal and others also come for placement here. So, far the highest placements from ILNU has been of 24LPA.

ILNU is Illustrious Institute of Law!!

Placement Experience:

Very few students as unlike SLS or Christ were the intake is close to 500 students every year at ILNU it is less than half of it. So, as simple as it can get that over 50% students of our college are placed and not just the corporate houses but in dream litigations firlam like the Khaitan and the Induslaw as well.

ILNU is best law school!

Placement Experience:

At ILNU corporate placements are high rather than LAW firms as the college has a management college as well. So, placements are in large corporations like the Adani Enterprises, Reliance Industries, GSFC and others. At ILNU students getting 10-12 LPA is common but everyone doesn't have placements and therefore the averages drops to 7-8 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Placements from campus are still lean but we are assisted through seminars and corporate events to find the best placements for ourselves. Our college makes us independent and make us competent enough that we don't have to struggle much for jobs.

The placements are promised for law, but it's better if you apply by yourself because Karnavati doesn't have much reputation when it comes to law placements. It is much better if you get the job on your own merits. Make sure you do internships every vacation and gain hands-on experience at multiple places.

GNLU secures future

Placement Experience:

Placements happens only during the final year and the ones who are left for placements a special day called the day 0 is organised. Hence, the college makes all possible ways so that students get places here. Many too corporates including the Adani group comes here for placements. Out of 159 that applied for placements in 2024, 97 students got placed and some of them even were placed in international law firms.

GNLU and NUJs were my first picks but couldn't managed admission there and hence the only choice I was left with was Symbiosis Law School but I was getting in their Noida branch. ILNU is best for corporate law!

After missing out on GNLU, I wanted to be in the same vicinity as Nirma too is a top level university for law. Same procedure as CLAT score is considered and even though the university has its own entrance too for MBA but for Law if one has appeared for the Law and has over 50% in 12th they stand eligible for admission in ILNU....Read More

ILNU is a top law institute!

I applied at ILET as hailing from Ghaziabad i thought Delhi would be close as well and ranking wise it is definitely the best law college or India. Unfortunately though I couldn't get there and I was clear that i will look for private options. So in private three options stood out and they were KPMSOL, SLC Pune, and ILNU. ILNU is best law school!

I gave CLAT and our of 150, I got 119. The cut-off for GNLU was 128 nd therefore I couldn't make it and was getting offers from NLUO, RGNUL and others. ILNU is far better but fees is high so, I took some thinking and then compared published articles, research opportunities and placements opportunities. Hence, if you want to do from Gujarat and you don't get GNLU, ILNU is the second best option here....Read More
