My experience with Amity-Jaipur

According to my overall experience, I like the university and gained a lot of knowledge in my interested filed. I would also recommend this university if someone wants to get educated from a place that provides everything to their development.

The course for CSE is designed in such a way that we get to know and learn what is going on rather than to learn already happened. Thus, the course is updated on a regular basis in order to make the student industry ready while studying. It also focuses on internships where marks will be given on the performance of an internship at the end of the course.

The placements for CSE are very good we get to see a lot of big companies that visit campus. Almost all the students got placements in CSE. while there are some courses which don't have placements

There are events happening to every occasion. Amity along with students and faculties celebrates events. There are major events like Sangathan, Aagman, Convocation, Innovation day, ALF which happen at a big grand level. There are also national events, festivals, seminars, conferences, workshops, etc happen in amity.

Fees structure in amity varies according to course. If a student scores more than 80 percent of marks in 10+2 then they will be getting a scholarship through the duration of course. Also if a student shows excellent performance in exams he/she will be awarded a minimum of 15 percent of total fees as a scholarship. In the first semester, there will be a security deposit paid by the student which will be returned at the end of course

I haven't opted for any scholarship in amity but if you are looking for any scholarship or education loan amity helps in having it.

Campus life is one of the best things that every student of amity experience. With a great environment filled with beautiful nature around and its, 150 acres campus provides all the facilities within the campus making life easy. there are eatery places other than a mess, fruit shop, departmental store, stationery shop, etc.

Hostel fees are charged for a complete academic year. Fees for the current semester is Rs. 60k along with all amenities excluding food. We have to buy food every day from the mess which would cost 50rs. Inside the hostel, we have all the facilities like laundry, ironing, cooking, etc. The room is more spacious with two member sharing per room.

Amity never forgets its alumni. The passed out students often visit the campus to share their experiences, memories and help the present students to achieve their goal. They do support us when we need their help and they also help us in learning new techniques and methods that could make us more confident towards facing an interview.

To get admission into engineering we have to write Amity JEE conducted by the university itself. Based on the score obtained in that entrance test admission is given. This is only for engineering, for other courses there is no entrance exam but the selection is based upon the percentage

Amity does not recruit any faculty, it critically examines the applicants before joining into the university as faculty. there are either Ph.D. completed or pursuing faculties in amity. The teaching is also very good and they also encourage students to take up new challenges and support them by helping when needed.
