Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

For the first semester students attended the classes which was a great experience but for the second semester there was no class management teachers stopped taking classes and this went on. The timing of exams are unexpected sometimes its just within a month or sometimes it took ages for exams.

Fees and Financial Aid

Nanak chand anglo sanskrit college is a government college , where they provide various traditional courses at affordable fees . Campus Life

3.5

Eventually there are are very few events in the college that took place . The access to library is by getting a library card which needs to be renewed every year . Science and computer labs are there and even a research centre for masters and phd students . Sports activities are very obvious in our college , district level matches are organised there.

Admission

I applied for Delhi University where i registered myself but after seeing the high cutoff i felt demotivate soo i choose a nearby college for my graduation. The admission process is like you have to do a registration then neend to fill a form online then cutoff will be out you get your name over there then you had fill another form and need tho submit your fees by draft and this process repeats every year.

Faculty

3.5

The ratio of teachers is about 1 teacher for 45 students, few faculty members are very calm towards kids but few of them didn't care about the problems of students. Economics faculty is very supportive in every manner they support students in research and any other problem. But the sociology faculty ' s one teacher is so rude every student. In a year there are 2 internal and 2 external .Its very difficult to pass the exam even the exam is way easier . They fail 3/5 students every semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) is well structured, relevant, and comprehensive. One of the main reasons I chose this course was its balanced syllabus, which includes both theoretical concepts and practical applications. The curriculum is designed in a way that builds a strong foundation in core subjects while also introducing advanced topics gradually. This helps students understand subjects deeply rather than just studying for exams.

i have always shown interest in psychology and this was a force which pulled me here to study psychology. i would suggest some aspects of improvement like more real life study instead of just learning stuffs from the book. real life experinces and situations makes a student to connect and understand those topic more clearly. practical subject examination are of about 50 marks 2 papers and non practical subject of 70 marks 2 set of paoer each. i have also given an internal examination of around 25 marks for pract and 30 for non pract 1hr exam. sem exam of 2 hr each paper

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm from humanities background so the course is quite relevant for me. The course is quite outdated however it's the same for most of the universities. the curriculum should be aligned with the competitive exams and the teaching methods should be more inclusive about the competitive exams so that the student can prepare well not only for the present course but also further upcoming exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i was always inclined towards economics as a subject as well as real life application of it. The specific aspects of curriculum which influenced my decision of choosing this course were the integrated syllabus and practical knowledge being imparted in this. It helps me to analyse data and understand real world problem from a broader horizon which wouldn't have been possible otherwise. Even though there isnt any improvement needed since the faculty itself is extremely focused as to impart the best of their knowledge to us and is very well trained and supportive. The frequency of the exams is twice a year(2 set of semester exams and 2 sets of sessional exams within each year) timing of the exam is 2.5 hour for semester exam of each subject and 1 hour for sessional which are of 70 marks and 30 marks respectively. The difficulty level of the exams is moderate, if a student attends regular classes they would easily qualify the exams with a good grade and CGPA.
