Course Curriculum Overview

4

You have to decide take courses as per your ability and intrest. All the courses are very good in the BJB AUTONOMOUS COLLEGE. Faculties teach every subject with real world application. Practicals are also present there. Exams held in the middle of the semester gap. They are so challenging that to give exam without completing the syllabus.

Fees and Financial Aid

First you have to admission to BJB AUTONOMOUS COLLEGE with minimum amount. I have reservation and I paid 3000/- (average) . The readmission fees is also same amount as addmission fees. There is no extra amount to pay. No exam fees and no form fill up fees. The addmission fees is enough. General category students' addmission fees is just 100 or 200 rs. much than ours . ST students also have addmission fees as like us. State scholarship for Hosteler is about 11k and for Day scholars is about 9k. National Scholarship is also there about 16k.

Campus Life

4

There are Freshers party and farewell parties in the BJB AUTONOMOUS COLLEGE in every department. Freshers parties are held in the month of November and farewell parties arr held in the month of March. Library also have much more books for the students. There is are sitting arrangements for reading in it The rooms are so clean and silent. The classrooms have no any technological facility. Classrooms are in normal having Bench tables only. Some students have run social media for the college and give informations about every single event in the college.

Hostel Facilities

3

There are 2 ladies hostels and 1 boys hostel. I love in boys hostel which named as Dr. B R Ambedkar Hostel. The rooms are in midium size having 6/7 boys. A single bed, Study table, Chair, Mosquito net are gave to every students. The meal quality is average good and the price of one meal is rs. 27. In a week there are 5 days having non veg menu. Registration fees is also not so much everyone can afford it. The BJB Nagar is so good for rented a room or pg

Admission

I have applied total 5 colleges and .. I have selected also to addmission. But I choose BJB AUTONOMOUS COLLEGE because it is Top 1 college in Odisha. Cut offs are so high and students have dreams to admit it. This the dream college of every students. Another colleges are also good but Smaller than BJB AUTONOMOUS COLLEGE. I didn't get rejection from any colleges. First of all you have to carry you all documents like CAF, adhaar, Caste, Resident, Income, Migration certificates and passphotos also. Thn you have to fill a document in the college where you have to admit. Progressively it went to last. The addmission process is not so lengthy. Cut off marks are so high in this college. In the first selection this college considered 90% above cut off. Gradually it went low with selection numbers.

Faculty

2.5

The ratio of Faculty and student is 1:25. The faculties are friendly to all the students. And students are feeling so safe near every faculties. In my department I like SOUMYA sir ... Because he is very intelligent ???? and like to describe all the tiny and big stories to the students. His teaching style is so good . The Faculty whom I don't like... I don't like to mantion his name. I don't like him because he teaches only to front line students. There are 6 semester exams in every graduation department. They are so good for good students and bad for bad students. About 4/5% students fail to clear exams.

Other Applied Colleges

Prananath College , Khurda | Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.}

Placement Experience:

In our college, final-year students are eligile for campus placements. While i don't recall the specific companies that visited, one of my friends interviewed with Axis Bank and got selected with a package of around 2.4 lakh. The exact percentage of students are placed and details of average or highest packages are unclear to me, but the placements process provides opportunities of those actively seeking jobs. After completing my degree, I plan to pursue an independent career rather that seeking a traditioinal job placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course bcom because I want to be a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). I think this is the best course I can opt for. All faculty members are good, calm and friendly so that students can communicate with them frankly but still we respect our faculty members ,teachers and head of our department. Moreover, faculty members are changing each semester wise. So till now everyone's teaching methods are well and good. Our semesters are conducted twice in a year and in between that internal exams are conducted for students practice. As from my point of view none of the exams could be difficult to pass, because if you study properly you will perform well in exams , if you didn't study then you will not perform well, as simple.
