Remarks

The admission process was not so much tough but the high volume of students at a single date in the college for admission was very crowded, The course which I've chosen BSC computer science for that you need 80%total mark, That was COVID pandemic time so all major admission process was done online mode and rest some paperwork done offline, No reservation available for my course but it didn't affect me much, the Admission process was good, but there must have 3 more administrative sections to control the crowd

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Choosing computer science was my own choice, from childhood I love computers, and phones, from that time I've got an interest in these things, In my college there must have 500 faculty combining all the courses my college provides, In our department, there are 150 students and the faculty members are 35 around, The faculties are well educated and experienced also, and they graduated from very best universities, there teaching methods are that much high and we love their methods, The internals are held with one month gap within a semester, and therefore there teaching level is high so all the exam questions are that much high, we have to study hard to get a good mark in the exam.

Internships Opportunities

4

Internships are the main part where we gain experience about the job and how to behave in an office, There are many companies that offer internships with a good stipend also, recently Coca-Cola offered 3 months internship with a 36000 stipend, and many more companies, In our college our faculty, always tells about the projects and they assign us Mane projects so that we can gain experience and we can increase our problem-solving skills

Placement Experience

4

In my college the campus selection eligibility is 4th semester, after 4th semester you can sit on placements, Recently Wipro, Infosys visited our college and deleted our senior students, Their package was7.2 to 12 LPM , Highest package offered this year was 16.4 LPM, 70 % students are hired by the companies who sit on placements,My plan is to get the highest package job in my class

Fees and Financial Aid

As my college is a reputed college it's fees are little Mora than other colleges, as I described before course fees 25000 it's not affordable for everyone, and some of the students including me face problems for this fees, But as I said my college is a reputed college so it has its own scholarship, in which you can get fees reduction of 50% if you are counted as a good student and if you belong to a poor family, I'm still studying so I haven't got a job yet so I'm trying now.

Campus Life

4

Our college campus is very big and much comfortable and clean also, Many workers are working in the college to maintain the cleanliness in the college, my college Annual fest is held in the last of November, In those winter days that are so much fun, Our Library is that much longer that anyone making noise at the first end will not be there in the reading zone, All the course related boot, Journals, Many life stories, Monthly magazines are available in the library, Campus has its football, cricket ground and volleyball court, And there in the college campus there is a club house named as students zone which is basically a club or members house for our students

Hostel Facilities

3

The hostel is the second home, In our hostel 24x7 water supply, all the time electricity available, In the room were provided with a CFL bulb and a fan per student and we are provided with study tables, Meal quality is good but it needs to be improved, for your hostel registration you must have the eligibility that is from the college your home must be 100 km away and the hostel fees are 30000 as I said before, The locals are good they help us whenever we face any problem outside.

Course Curriculum Overview:

those course curricullams at central university of odisha is thought fully designed ,offering a balanced blend of theoretical depth and practical relevance. on eof the key reason why students opt for such courses like int mathmatiss is the seamless academic progression and strong foundation it provides for research and comprdative exams. that curricullum could be more better as it can be more practical. what we are studing is like 80% theory and just 20% practical. so i do think that could be more better. the quality needs to be improved.

This college has 8 semesters. From the 7th semester students are eligible for placements. In 7th,8th semesters different schools come for taking teachers. Usually, RIE students get 1st preference in all JNVs and KVs. Jnvs amd kvs have good contact with RIEs. 400000 per anum is the average and the highest goes to 600000. Generally there is 100% placement but much students prefer pursuing higher course by doing Msc.
