I am proud to be a student at this college. There are good Infrastructure, staff, atmosphere, faculties, heads and courses-all are the best in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum and the exam structure is the best and useful for the students. By this course and exam structure, students get the whole knowledge of the course and also industrial knowledge by doing practical.

Placement Experience

The placements and job opportunities are the best over here. This year our college in tops colleges at the placements level in overall Jaipur.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees are 460250 per annum for this course. Fees are expensive for middle-class students. It's a four-year course. The full course fees are 18.41 lakh.

Campus Life

Our university held expert talks on our subjects and invite an industry expert to guide and teach us. In our college, all type of sports activities like cricket, football, like these activities occurred.

Alumni/Alumna

We got good support from our seniors and they help and guide us in our studies. We thanks to them for there support. They always stay in touch with us to take participate in the extra curriculum activities.

Faculty

Faculties are well knowledgeable and good to teach students. They always ready to help anytime and also supporting students to solve the problems. Faculties guide the students for their career and help to find solutions.

Likes

The college gives good exposure to design through practical assignments, creative activities, workshops and projects. It encourages students to think differently and develop their own ideas.
The faculty members are approachable and provide guidance during design projects. The studio-based learning and regular feedback help in improving creative and presentation skills.
like the opportunities to participate in college events, photography, exhibitions and other activities. The interaction with seniors, alumni and other design students also adds to the overall college experience.

Dislikes

The workload can sometimes be quite high, especially when multiple design assignments and submissions have close deadlines.
Some activities and projects can require additional materials and expenses, which can increase the overall cost of studying design.
The college can further improve its facilities, resources and infrastructure to make studio work and practical learning more convenient for students.

Placement Experience:

I am currently in the Foundation year, so I have not experienced the college placement process yet. I do not have first-hand information about the semester from which students become eligible, companies visiting the campus, number of offers, salary packages or placement percentages. My current focus is on developing a strong foundation in design and building my skills through practical assignments and projects. After completing my Interior Designing course, I plan to work in the interior-design field and gain practical industry experience. I would also like to explore different areas of interior design before deciding on a specific career path. I will be able to give a more accurate review of placements after experiencing the process in the later years of the course.

Likes

Teachers are very nice and supportive . They helped me so much.
Infrastructure is very elegant and properly maintained.
There is well equipped computers lab and air conditioned classrooms.

Placement Experience:

The average package is modest and placements mainly depend on students skill and performance. Many student prefer higher studies ,internship or off campus job opportunities after completing the course.

Likes

The college campus is really neat and clean.
A lot of social activities are done which are really good for the personal growth of the students.
The curriculum is wholly practical based which gives the best knowledge.

Dislikes

If you get selected by one company in placements you are not allowed to sit for another brand.
There are a lot of assignments which helps but also feels hectic for the students.
There is no air conditioners, common room and microwave in boys hostels yet. They are provided with coolers instead.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in the last (eighth) semester. The placement is done on centralised basis. Companies like myntra, Aditya birla group and some more come to the placements. Last year the average package was around 600000 per year. My plan after the degree is to get some experience from jobs and then start something of my own.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose fashion design because it was my dream. In Jodhpur amongst private institutions Jd institute of fashion technology is the best institute and the faculties are so friendly and understanding. It feels like home. The teaching method of faculties is very easy and all the faculties are specialised in their field. In every 6 months exams are held semester-wise and it's very easy to pass an exam.

The course curriculum is semester wise and faculty members are very helpful and well educated and also experience in nift or nifd college. I had been choosing this course because I have an interest in this course, their faculty and students ratio is 5:10. Exam term is annual exam and exam is difficult but students are already prepared by teachers so they clear their exams easily.

NIFT has total of 16 campuses allover India, however the campus of Jodhpur is established in 2010. so it is currently developing. hence the branch of Jodhpur is doing its best to explore more opportunities for its students.

Remarks:

The positive thing is there are no ragging and harassment from the side of seniors. We have our own anti-ragging cell which consists of one 4th year student of each stream and some guardians and teachers.
