Likes

Infrastructure is too good and have a really great atmosphere
Faculties are kind of okay and are friendly
The place is really good as of vadodra i can say that its safe city

Dislikes

The fees is lot. They charge more fees from people who are from south region
Less facilities are available like there no good lab facilities
Focus on studies is less and the semesters are short they rush theor portions

Course Curriculum Overview

It is pretty good course the main reason why i took is that it was my second option after neet and yes biotechnology is pretty good course and currently there is only less scope in this field but india is developing

There are lot of internship opportunities available for my course and are lot of provided by college itself as im now currently in 2nd year have less knowledge about this but i have heard from our seniors that biocon, and other pharmaceutical companies approach our clg

This college provides nit good placement but it provides very less placement and its not possible for everyone to get placed. So after the completion of course it will be you who have to apply for different companies or you can opt for higher studies

Fees and Financial Aid

I am currently pursuing btech biotechnology and Ive paid 1lakh 75 thousand for one year and yes I know its not that much affordable but I would give an honest review on parul university is that you can choose this college its good in infrastructure the place is good but the faculties are not that good but its okay. However its depends upon us on how we study. There is an average package of 4lpa they provide internship also. Its a preety good college

Campus Life

Living in parul is like dream come true i have always wished for a good college life and now experiencing it. I have got lot of friends and we enjoy a lot. It is huge campus with lot fin places to sit and chit chat

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities is really good they provide three time meals with unlimited amount there no limit for consumption of food the hostels are pretty affordable there are 2,3,4,5,6,8,10 sharing hostels all are available there is time to time laundry services and wifi is also provided

Admission

I chose this college to be honest i did not have any other option left and I've heard a lot about parul university and it provides a good infrastructure and good environment. The admission process is pretty easy it can be online and offline both mode

Faculty

There is good faculties in my course they are friendly and strict too. Faculties are very approachable. I like our FR who is our professor as well her teaching techniques is good. And there is no such faculties i dislike. It is 8 semester course and every sem is of 6months and we have two exams which is mid and end sem.there very less ratio of students who fail the exams

Placement of my college is decent enough as per NITs. From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Micron, GE Healthcare, Visa, MasterCard and more visited and offer 6 to 7 candidates depending on requirement. Highest package is 57 LPA in CSE branch and 35 LPA in ECE branch. In CSE Placement percentage is 94% and in ECE it is 84%. I will go for College placements and will give government exams and GATE exam.

Placement Experience:

The placement in by branch are good enough in last year 2024 a student got package of nearly 42 lakh per year from computer branch. The average package in computer branch is nearly 10 to 12 LPA . Different companies visits our college to give placement to the students. The major companies ask about the students who have 8 + CGPA . Students become eligible from the 7th semester itself for campus placements. The collge gives perfect data of the student who are placed in different different companies.in year 2023 88% of the students were succcessufully placed in companies.Including all branches average package was of 7 LPA but for computer science students the average package was 10 to 12 LPA.In petrochemical branches the highest package was 24 LPA . and average package was nearly about 6.5LPA.The IT companies such as Google , Microsoft, Reliance , TATA visiits the college to give placement to the students of computer science.The total of 550 +students got the offer from various companies from all branches of btech and nearly 175 companies visited to the campus of the collegeAfter i get the degree the college pdeu i wil do the job for 2 to 3 years in some good companies after that my plan is to do startup means i want to start my buissness such as making an app , etc.. In PDEU the number of students getting placed are good enough even students getting good offcampus packages than oncampus becaus the student become capable of doing work or finding good work. There are some of the students not getting the jobs on campus they try offcampus and thy get the job.

I applied to college's such as VIT , SRM and other local college's of gujrat. I gave scholarship exam for vit and SRM in vit i was getting vit bhopal in EC , chemical engineering and in SRM i got a good scholarship and was getting AI in main campus. The admission process for my college was that at the time of admission first they will ask for 10th ,12th and if we have given gujcet exam than that too we have to submit . After that they will ask some questions regarding the field that we are choosing . And than if there are any scholarship that we are getting at the time of councilling that will be applied to the actual fees .
