The cultural and tech fests and numerous events goes on daily basis.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course I had taken is generally a bit good course and developing course (chemical engineering).I would like to suggest practical teaching rather than just mugging up and passing with 9-10 cgpa. Exams timings are bit difficult according to me.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

I am recently continuing with 3rd sem and I had paid 69000 in first sem , 35000 in 2nd sem and 38000 for my 3rd sem course. Because I belong to st category my tution fees are cutoff by the government.

Campus Life

Our annual fest fluxus is held in March every year.our library is quit big comparative to other colleges have many books number are unknown. The college provide many sports having 1 existing sports complex with 1 under-construction. There is Avana club which is social club of our college.

Hostel Facilities

We are provided bed ,table , chair and a cupboard. And room is shared between 2 stidents since 2023 btech batch. Mess food is good but it can be better. Registration process of hostels is done along with college registration.

Hostel Fee: INR 96000 per year

Admission

I had applied for GEC, Gandhinagar but I had more interest in joining IIIT because I wanted a great reputation in the society. The admission in the college are done by counselling process known as JOSSA counselling.

Facilities are too much interacting and help us to understand the concepts as well as the basics for the students generally like me who are not droppers and directly joint IIT after 12 graduation and projects are given on semester intervals.

Remarks:

The college is way too far from the main city that acts as a disadvantage for students who want to attend other classes for preparation of CAT or GATE considering the commute time. Also there are few outlets near the campus. It is still under construction.

college days were golden days

Remarks:

The college was good on the basis of education and faculty. Management which is involved in the finance department bit slow on their work as they will keep on prolonging the process for a month. And every time you go for semester fees paying they will always tell to bring all the previous documents. That is the only thing. otherwise, the college on the education front is good.

My Experience at IIT Indore

The eligibility for the course is to clear the JEE Advanced examination, as well as you must have secured a minimum of 75% marks in the 10+2 or equivalent examination and you must also have physics, chemistry and mathematics subjects in that examination. The cut-off for the metallurgical engineering and materials science course is usually around AIR 11000 for general category male candidates. You must undergo the JOSAA counselling and opt and receive acceptance of the desired course to be eligible. The admission process was systematic, and there was no unnecessary hustle. Proper time was given to undergo all the facilities and to pay the fees. Application forms are available on the JOSAA and the JEE Advanced Website. The fee structure is available on the institute's website. I did not avail of any reservation benefits for admission into the course. The admission process was great, and there is no specific improvement that I wish to see in the admission process....Read More

Yes. The college is well equipped with the necessary infrastructure and facilities. A lot of importance is given to lab instruments and technicalities. Talking about the classrooms, they are very well maintained and modern. We have sports facilities such as badminton courts, volley ball courts, basketball courts, football and cricket grounds.
