UNIVERSITY OF CALICUT - A LIFE

Master of business administration (MBA) is a very popular and demanding course because it contains very job oppurtunites in wide area. and i am someone who is very fond of doing business and with business marketing capablity . curriculam does not fully provide you for real world application as it will be the foundation or base because without a base you cannot achieve anything . as there are 8 subject in each semester there will be internal exams and main semester exam .

there are plenty of internship oppurtunities available . after 2nd sem intership oppurtunities are available for students . JJ pharmaceuticals role was marketing intern , Azani group of companies role was finance intern .

from 3rd semster students are eligible to get placement oppurtunity . many companies have visited like EY , SIEMENS , BYJUS , ULCCS and all companies offered around 4-5 LPA . the highest package provided was 6 LPA by SIEMENS .many students has getting placed approximately around 50% students has been placed.

the year wise fee structure is 31000 and it increases with 2500 each month. the tution fee was 15000 and caution fee was 250 . SC/ST has exempted from reimbursement . there were many scholarship provided like e-grantz , pre metrics , post metrics and pmss .pmss amount will be approximately 35,000.

campus life is one of the est moments in life where you can enjoy fully , it was wonderful experience . the transformation to build a career took a relevant role in starting in pg life university campus . there were many fest held like ASCENT National level management fest , ICDCS Seminar , Job fest . there is a main library and also department library which contains almost every genres book . sports are main attraction of the campus like football , cricket , soccer. social groups are very active in campus like eco club , sports club and many more

hostels are very facilitated with light , fan and study tables . food quality are excellent with diffrent menu every day . there is an online registration website for hostel registration and it is very afforbale . hostel is managed is students commity

i applied to university of kerala , trivandrum for MBA with specialization of marketing but that was not in that university so i decided not opt to that college . the admission process for university is you have to write KMAT EXAM after qualifiing there will group discussion round and after that last round is interveiw .once you have scored well in interview they will contact you to get admission.

faculty are good with excellent knowledge . the faculty to student ratio is 1:6 . student to faculty relationship is very proffessional and they are like family . there are 4 semesters in 2 years and 8 subjects per semester . exams are very difficult as you have to study really hard to pass the exam. 4-5 students has failed in every semester and the course is very relevant .

group discussion , interview and written test were compulsory for taking admission . topics are sustainable development , AI vs offine clases . i refered many books and tpopics which were important for business studies
