Honest review of United Group of Institutions

The course curriculum is designed to make the learning effective and impactful with major focus on practical implications of the course that we study throughout the year. This is to help get job opprtunities in wider field. The course is completed within the given time frame which helps to clear doubts and prepare well for the exams. The difficulty level is high because it is not always that question paper is set within the study material taught or provided in the classrooms, sometimes Higher order thinking ability questuins are also aksed.

There are lesser internship opportunities rather you get more permanet job options through campus placement rounds. Internship opportunities like from companies like Patanjali, Sunpharma, BIBCOL are there which provides 5000-8000rs as monthly stipned for a 6 omnth long internship.

To be eligible to take part in the placement offers through campus you have to be in the final ear or semester of the course. There are really good and big ompanies that have approached for campus placements namely, Cipla,Mankind, Pharmeasy, Sunpharma, Accenture, Patanjali,etc. with an average package of 3.5LPA and highest has been 15LPA till now in my academic years. I got placed in derma company through campus. And in future I intend to do Masters.

The yearly fees of this course is 120000Rs which is huge than the normal courses in other colleges. However,UGI is affiliated to AKTU so this fee amount is justifiable. For all the categories the fee is same. Although you can get certain amount of concession based on your previous and upcoming academic performance. You can easily avail UP Government scholarship which is nearly 80000-85000Rs per year.

In the campus and hostel premises freshers party is organised to welcome the new comers with celebration at large scale. Different culltural and traditional fests are also organized at the campus to celebrate festivals on north indian culture as well other culture showing the unity in diversity. Anti ragging group is run by the administration and different sports club are run by students and teachers as well.

The hostel facilty is also provided in the college which is in the campus premises that helps to reduce the cost of transportation and helps to save time as well. Hostel fees per year is around 80000rs. In this price you get to avail the cleaning, wifi, food, library, gym membership etc. To get seat in hostel , you have to select the hostel accommodation option while filling out the online form during admission process so it makes it easy to get the hostel facilty.

This college is affiliated to AKTU which is a reputable university and the capmpus of this college is located in the main area of the city which makes it easily accessible with good transportation facility and the placement rate of the college is pretty good. To admission in this college you have to qualify the minimum cut off in the previous academic year which is around 65-70%, because there is no specific entrance test or personal interviews or Group discussion rounds for admission into this college.

For our courses 5 teachers were assigned. In this course there are 85-90 seats availabel, for which 80 students were enrolled. Since 9am to 4 pm we have to take our theory classes, laboratory classes and we get an hour long break for lunch and other works. Exams are conducted twice a semester, internals and externals along with practical examination and viva. There are no faculties that I did not like. They were quite supportive and encouraging throughout the course.
