Course Curriculum Overview
I am doing BBA+MBA (IMBA) One thing I like the most is you don't have to take another exam for the MBA course I would suggest our course should include soft skill classes and field study work or any kind of group project to enhance the practical knowledge
Internships Opportunities
There are many paid Intrnership available outside fhe campus. Also unpaid is available. I have not done any kind of internship yet now i am in third year this will i will do internship. U have have internship according to your intereste area or specialisation we will take in future
Placement Experience
After MBA u eligible for campus placement. Usually students prefer off campus rather than on campus. As off campus provide better opportunity. Normally students from Marketing specialisation in MBA have better placement. Many students go for govt. Exams( jobs)
Fees and Financial Aid
Our course fee is ?40000 yearly. Admission fee and readmission fee is around ?1000. Two separate DD are made at the time of admission or readmission. Seminar fees is ?500 Scholarship is there like state scholarship for SCand ST student.
Campus Life
Annual function named cross road takes place every year in our department. We have own library in our department. We can access books any time we want. We have a projector in class. Also annual sports a d study tour takes place every year
Hostel Facilities
As our IMBA course is a self financing course our hostel is also self financing. I live in ladies hostel 5 of utkal university. It is the best hostel among all. As it provide 24×7 electricity and water supply and as it is a govt.hostel it only provide 2 time food (lunch, dinner ) . Each meal is around ?40 .
Admission
I chose Utkal University as it is the oldest and first state public university of Odisha state. With NAAC A+. Previously admission was based on entrance basis now it has been changed it is under the control of SAAMs Odisha which considers your 12th Mark.
Faculty
There are total 6 in-house faculty. And there are many guest faculty who takes class in our department. Each year have two semester. Normally most of the student pass tbe semester. Its very important to attend each and every class for good marks
