Likes
- I like some of the staffs as most of them were young enough to understand the students mindset and they would match their experience with us
- I loved the sports and athletic events conducted every year and prizes were distributed for each winners.
- Nss camps were visited often as possible in order make us learn something out of it and and some camps lasted more than 2 days and were definitely a new experience.
Dislikes
- I didn't like the campus of the college and it's infrastructure and there was no space where every students fit in one place.
- Non teaching staffs are not qualified for their job and not having a great communication skills with outsiders.
- There's no proper place for vehicle parking and students find difficult to travel with their bikes.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum I chose was Bachelors in business administration which has a great scope in the field of human resources and marketing management, where in college they teach us with real life and happening examples.
Placement Experience
From the beginning of 6th semester the placements begin and we get trained for placements by soft skills training mostly 60 percentage of students get placed every year and the companies that comes for placements are TCS, Amazon, Accenture, Muthoot finance, Zomato,swiggy, Appolo medicals, Bosch etc. I have plans for doing masters after degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
I have been paying 40000 rupees per year as a whole college fees that includes tuition fees admission fees development fees and lab fees. There's a separate fee for registration to the affiliated universities. Some of my batch mates who studied pu and 10th in same college have a discount of 5000 rupees and those who have siblings studying under the same institution have a concession.
Campus Life
Campus and infrastructure in Charans degree college is not upto the mark so please limit your expectations regarding the campus, library is not well maintained and short staffed in cleaning and maintenance therefore sports and cultural activities are conducted yearly and there are some group club for betterment of students.
Admission
The main reason I chose this college was it is easily affordable and worth the money and I couldn't get into other colleges because of financial restraints and other financial issues moreover this college consists and takes admission for people who have secured less scores.
Faculty
The faculty and students relationship are satisfactory while there are some teachers who are still following the old school methods of teaching there was a sir called Mr elangovan who teaches great and his experience in teaching is incredible.
