Course Curriculum Overview

Our college provide variety of programs and curriculum which attracts students to explore their choices. I have choosen history and this help me to face real world and I will further pursue my academic study in this course.

Class Size: 46Course Fees: INR 6000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My year wise fees is 6000 and there are total 6 semester and they collect registration fees in each semester. Our college provide scholarship for those students who are mainly live in below poverty line category.

Campus Life

There are festival or annual function such as farewell freshers are held in our college. There is a student union in our college which solve problems of students and it stands against Classroom are also developed.

Admission

I have choosen this college because of the faculty members and study environment. I believe that our college has developed library and lab and indoor stadium and a huge field. The admission process of our college is online

Faculty

Faculty of our college are so friendly and kind hearted. We never hesitate asking anything from them. There are two unit test in each semester and there are seminar and assignment which students have to submit

I get good marks in my graduation but yes i want to take major in english which i couldn't take in my graduation so i take it in my master's which was i am doing from ignou so therefore i had to take in major in philosophy though the teaching methods are good in our college

I love to explore the novels of great writers so i choose the English literature to complete my bachelor degree . The course enhanced the thinking of mine and upgrade the knowledge of literature . I don't think they need a improvement on teaching . But exam timing isn't fine . 9 AM isn't untolarable we can't reached the college too early

As a student of a local college

Placement Experience:

The college is a local college, it has only minimum amount campus placements. But the faculties or the education system prepared students for getting higher placements in government sector or private jobs. Above 80% students from this college got placements. My plan after BA is to do masters in distance and starting business and also preparing for Bank exams.

My course is of 3 year long duration. There's a total of 14 papers and each semester we get specific papers according to our sem ( ex: sociology of religion, sociology of gender, kingship, stratification, etc.) + we have a Generic subject. With generic in every semester we had a compulsory subject with our honors and Generic, indeed it was something new that we learned.

I Have to Choose This Course Because I'm Following My Passion By Choosing POLITICAL SCIENCE Honours. Faculty 1:100 Students Lack Of Faculties So That Department Need To Hire Contractual Teachers. Faculties Are Well Qualified But Not Friendly At All. Exam Is Well Maintained. If Students Regularly Attend Classes Them There Is No Fear Of Fail. Exam Occured At Exact Same Time. I'm Impressed With Exam Maintenance.

A SURPRISINGLY GOOD COLLEGE

After our form fillups (whoch we have to do online for free) for the course, we had an entrance exam. If I remember correctly I think the cutoff was around 55% or so and each department had their own specific set of rules for admission. In the entrance exam for my course around 70% of the students were rejected and only 21 of them were selected.
