nice atmosphere for students who are interested in the design field

the curriculum is relevant to the course and has a smooth flow with adequate breaks in between. Exams are only at the end of each semester, which i think is bit free to students, unlike other courses they should organize tests/ internals on a regular basis

still, no batch has been pass out yet, there is no clear idea about the placement or companies approaching to hire students

annual cultural fest, called CULT, a 2 day cultural and design related events Diwali celebration Garba night day Republic Day and Independence Day Design Guru day New year and Christmas other Designers' birth anniversary events of national importance

2,50,000 INR, which is only the course fee 1,25,0000 INR for hostel 23,000 INR for transportation and other misc, expenses which include stationary, raw material for model making or other practical work fee for official college trip is not included in the list

I have not opted for any scholarship or educational lone as I did not get admission through college's official entrance test

campus life is very diverse and of mix culture, as there are students from almost all parts of the country and are friendly with each other. The female student strength is more than male student strength. extracurricular talents are well supported and the campus has a club for common interests and talents scientific and technical activities are neglected as college concentrated mostly on design aspects

since the college is new in this domain, there are very few seniors. they are hugely outnumbered and are in good relation with preceding batchmates

got to know about this college through the internet, studied about the college and contacted through phone and emails. Shared my portfolio and engineering mark sheet and got an appointment to meet the concerned official. Then had an interview with the faculty and head of institution and admission process was complete within a day itself.

they are co-operative and helpful to the students when they are in need (in terms of academics) no (very few) classroom teachings unlike other courses (which of course differentiates Design from others). skilled faculty, lab assistants and a good library
