This course has a vast scope in terms of job opportunities. One good thing about this course is that they have a internship within the course wherein students are sent to the hotel for training for 4 months.

Intership are given to every single student in the second year of their course in many luxurious 5 star hotel properties of Mumbai like Trident nariman point, The Oberoi mumbai, J.W properties, St. Regies n more.

Placement Experience

Several hotels like Trident Oberoi, Taj properties, leela, lalit and others come in for the campus interview during the mid of final year and a average of 95% students are being give placements through the college.

Fees and Financial Aid

My Fees to be paid yearly for my course of Bsc.in hospitality studies (Hotel management) is 1,30,000/- per year. There are various scholarships that are available in our college from different well know trusts of needy students. The overall annual fee of my course can go up to 140000 including the additional cost when required.

Campus Life

We have theme lunch/, dinner events for various occasions. Our library is a vast library having all kinds of book u need. The classroom has a projector. sports day happenes once a year. -we have a student body council.

Admission

Sophia Polytechnic College is a Christian minority-based college. So I, being a Christian, wanted to opt for this college rather than doing this course elsewhere. Even the fee is reasonable as compared to other hotel management colleges.

The faulty knows each and every single student personlly by name. The teacher becomes a mentor of a particular set of students. They are total 6 semesters in our course having 3 years of this course Sem 1&2-First year Sem 3 - intership/Second year Sem 4 - internship / second year Sem 5- third year Sem 6- third year with specialization
