Course Curriculum Overview
I have opted this course because my elder brother has completed this course and he is in a good position now. This course doesn't directly have the connection with the patient but without this course no patient can get well soon.
Internships Opportunities
The teachers and the faculty member guide us for the campus and internship. The students can complete their internship form any of the govt hospitals nearer to them, it may be located in the town or any other district.
Placement Experience
After giving the final 8th semester students are eligible for campus placements. 80% students get placements in the college. I am thinking to pursue my MBA after finishing this course or I will prepare for competitive exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
After giving OJEE exam you will get a rank and based on your rank your course fees will be decided. If OJEE rank is between 1 to 3000 you will pay less than the students who have secured 10,000 ranks. During the time of admission Rs 10,000 is to be paid to the BPUT for the student registration and the fees for 1st year will be Rs 75,000. You will get scholarship if you belong to ST/SC category. If you come under the category of TFW then your annual fees will be Rs 15000.
Campus Life
We have annual functions in our college. The college have well established smart board in the classrooms. The labs have well equipped instruments for different experiments. All the instrument are in working conditions.
Admission
This college is the nearest college from my home. It is situated in a very calm and quite place with limited number of students. I have selected this college over the others because it is less distance from my home . The admission process starts by giving an exam which is OJEE and after giving the exam you will get rank and based on the rank you will get admission.
Faculty
Faculty members and the students have good relationship. All the students feel comfortable to ask anything to the teachers regarding study and job availability after completing the course. They teach us very well and guide us for our future jobs. There are 8 semesters in B. Pharmacy. Each semester have 2 internals. After Completing of half syllabus we give 1st internal and rest we give in the 2nd internal. Depending on the subjects students fail and if they fail in some subject they give for rechecking and most of the students get pass and good marks after rechecking.
