I had my mindset to do BBA way before seeing the curriculum so it hasn't influenced me as such. Curriculum in it self is a peace of art as it covers everything from Business law to taxation, to accounting even the completely new subject and in demand skill of Business Analysis our course curriculum has it all but above all it focuses heavily on our soft skills such as communication via business communication type subjects. I'm no expert in suggesting any improvements to course I think it's a super good curriculum atleast for me, but yeah our college seriously needs changes in teaching method as we are College students not some school students who need to write notes in class via teacher dectating them and than checking them by teacher it's super frustrating and due to that we can't focus on acquiring additional skills which are way more important in real world rather than these bookies knowledge. Frequency and timing align well with me and I think it's easy for me .

I personally myself is more inclined towards Digital Marketing rather than Sales HR and Marketing job so I have been self reliant and do things by my own which benifits me , but yeah few of my classmates have got internships in Unacademy and cincool at the job role of Marketing interns, Sales interns and HR inters , stipen is around 5K at Unacademy and 10k and cincool.

I'm just about to start my 3rd year and 10 of my friends are already placed in their 3rd year through campus placements so I think they are good Eve though companies don't directly come to our college rather we by our own go to Ipec gaziyabad ( other branch of Miet meerut) for placements and the package is arround 2-3 Lpa which is decent and the job profiles they hire for are mostly BDA , companies such as Wealth clinic , Paytm, concentrix, Hike education, Star health insurance and many have come for campus drives , I myself cleared the interview at Star health insurance so I think college from their side is putting a lot of efforts in placement and now have numbers to back them up as well .

The yearly fees that I have been paying since last 2 years is 36000 i.e 18000 per year . This fee structure is accumulated sum of all the facilities they mention in the receipt be it library facilities or anything which we haven't availed to be honest they are just for the name sake . Ya there's is an scholarship program I don't have input on that other than that it's for Sc St category. Most of my classmates come under General category so we pay full fees and don't avail any scholarship benefits but yeha there are some like 8-10 who avail the benefits of scholarship. I don't know any exact figures of the scholarship or financial aid but one thing that I know is that those who come under Sc St category, they don't need to pay any amount scholarship cover them up.

My overall campus life has been amazing I have found the best of people here whom I truly can call a family as being far from home I used to miss my family a lot but this bunch of people has never made me left out. Since my admission there have been 4 to 5 events that were grand in scale, like we had our annual fest Ullas in April end which was a blast, even Cm Dhami ji has also visited us on a number of occasions and the college celebrates every major on a minor festive with a whole lot of energy and vibe. Sports and extracurricular activities aren't that much in focus at our college they are performed just for just and as a hobby by those who want to play they don't have proper equipments.

To be honest I didn't applied to any other colleges , I was just seeking a cheaper college to do BBA as every college in haldwani were affiliated to Kumaun University so o thought I could choose anyone , I considered Pal college as well side by side and filled the form on both of their sites and said to myself whoever calls first I'll get addmission there and I got a call from MIET so I went their. I haven't experienced other campus first hand but based on hearings I can say is MIET has potential if they fully utilise their land as most of the students are attracted but college campus such as pal has a great campus but the most important thing is how you present yourself in social media, as gen z are influenced more by it , if I show someone our college's insta handel and plan college's insta they are surely bound to get attracted their. Admission process is simple just a few documents and half a amount of fee and boom you are a part of the family.

Faculty to student ratio is manageable as there aren't many students just 30-40 per year . Faculty to student relationship depends on the faculty some are super friendly co-operative understanding but few are stuck on same old mentality and hard to approach. The Faculty I liked the most is Pooja Joshi ma'am , simply she is super friendly , kind and above all understanding she understands our problems, their to student to teacher barrier we can go to her about any life problem she's always their and most importantly rather than bookies knowledge she puts major emphasis on our personal growth through introduction and interviews in front of all or presentation in class which make the environment lively and fun to be in. There aren't any whom I don't like it's just the matter of understanding and everyone is good with me . There are 3 exams per semester 2 internals and 1 main University exam I think they are moderated not so hard but not so simple to clear as well , only few gets backlog
