Likes
- Presentation is held every week on extra syllabus topics related to the course. This helps to boost the confidence of students and also help them to learn alot of different concepts. It also helps students to learn the value of group projects.
- Every year an event named “Koshish” is held. This is a class wise competition where classes compete in various events to earn points.
- The teachers here are very friendly and makes you very comfortable.
Dislikes
- They don’t punish any students if other students complains about their misbehaviour.
- The semester is around 4 months only which usually gets over in presentations and MST
- Not much emphasis is given on the education
Course Curriculum Overview
The concept of presentation every week which are related to the subjects was my primary reason to choose this college. It helps me to boost my confidence. Every mst is of 2.5 hours and 60 marks for MBA and final exams are for 3 hours. Each class has smart classroom TV.
Internships Opportunities
After the first year of MBA is complete, each and every students to required to do 2 months internship at the company given by the college. At these companies students has to go daily and do the work given by the company. The college keeps record of each and every student.
Placement Experience
The college charges an additional fees of 10k for the students to enter into the placement cell to get jobs from the college. Those students who don't pay don't get jobs. The usual package is around 5 lpa and every students of placement cell gets placed. Various training is provided thoroughout the course to such students.
Fees and Financial Aid
Semester fees for MBA is around 50k. The college has alot of co-curricular and extracurricular activities. There is a concept of presentation on topics related to course subject to boost confidence. The coward is great and teachers are very friendly. No scholarships or financial aid is given. There are also international students in the college. There is also facility of bus and hostel for students.
Campus Life
Annual events like Koshish and Vipanan are held every year. Apart from this sports meet is held annually. The college has a lot of canteens for the students and washrooms are usually very cleaned. Various clubs and their elections are also there.
Admission
Pcte is ranked 2nd best college in the Punjab for MBA. It's events like koshish, vipanan helps alot of students to gain self confidence. The interview process is there for admission in the college and usually current affairs and GK questions are asked. Presentation are the main lime light which is not offered by any other college.
Faculty
Every month Mst are held and their marks are counted for internals. The teachers are very keen in teaching students. The most loved teacher for MBA is "Dr. Naresh Sachdev" and "Dr. Rajpreet Singh Chattwal". There are also many young teachers which makes it easier for students to communicate with them.
