Remarks

The bad thing about this college is that inspite of being a government college it takes students through direct admission process also which I think is a drawback of the college.

Entrance Preview

Rajasthan engineering admission process (reap formerly RPET ) I had no other options so I chose it.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course B.Tech is of 4 years and there are 8 departments here in RTU among all of them Civil Engineering is best department here if one who is interested being JEN gets very much opportunities here in UCE RTU.

Placement Experience

Placement is not very good here since it is given on RTU's official site that the placement in session 2013-13 was 34.83% only.

College Events

There are many technical clubs and groups in UCE RTU like The eloquence club the alliance club etc but the best part is the cultural fest THAR.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Hostels are average fees is around 28000 Rs. per semester including food! Food is also average.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is a Branch of Punjab National Bank in the college campus will easily claim an educational loan many scholarships are also there but mostly for reserved category students.

Campus Life

Campus life is good but not best until you don't take part in extra curricular activities because besides your study there are a lot more things plays an important role in your placement so don't just study but also take part in extra co-curricular activities and college certificates as much as you can there are many girls in the college so that the gender ratio is quiet good.

Alumni/Alumna

Some seniors are very helpful towards juniors but as you there are many exceptions also and some are just craps.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well the curriculam is good easily accesable and reachable and i have selected electronics only because i have interested in it from the very starting and the curriculam is good for me. Yes the curriculam helps to solve the real world probelm but not at all as most of it are theoritical and but some lab experiments and good. Exams are held every 2 months sometimes it become difficult to face the exams.

Placement of my college is decent for technical branches (Cs,It) it has decent but for core branches(petroleum, civil ) it has quite good placements. From 6th semester you are eligible for campus placements. Highest package is 44Lpa and lowest is 3Lpa

The placements cell try their best to get as many students placed as they can.many companies visit us including celebal, tcs and I don't know about the percentage but it's pretty good not everyone will get the placement but yes who have time to their studies will definitely get one.the average package is around 5lakh per anum ctc it can go upto 25 to 30.lakh based on your knowledge entirely

A complete average College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

A balanced blend of learning , growth , and opportunity at GMEC Ajmer

Placement Experience:

Campus palcements at GMEC Ajmer are quite good, especially foe CSE and core branches. Students become eligible for placement grom the 7th semester, and many companies visted the campus every year. Some of the prominent recruiters includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys, capgemini, cognizantand tech mahindra among others. Highest package varies every year (in 2025 it goes to 13 lpa) Average package: Ranges between 3.5 to 5 lpa Approxi,ately 80-85 5 of eligible students got placed, especially those from technical backgrounds with good coding and communication skills. Some students also go for off-campus drives or pursue higher studies like M.Tech or MBA. As for my plans, after completing the degree, I aim to either get placed in a reputed IT company or pursue higher studies depending on the opportunities available and personal career goals.

Admission process was very tired. Admission happened through reap . Reap is an admission process. I didn't conduct any exam. But the reap rank was decided on the basis of jee mains rank. Forms for reap are available in June or july month. Application fees is not that high, it is quite reasonable. The eligibility of course is 4 years.
