The exams are conducted semester wise also a mid semester exam is conducted in order to check students progress.The curriculum is based on various things needed in real life.Though some of the subjects books are not available in the market but overall teachers are very supportive.

The inturnships are given under various government and private countries. The university also have tie ups with various best companies in different fields.The university provide various inturnship depending upon the course

The fee has to be paid semester vise.scholership is available for board meritious students , candidates of backward clases as well as domiciled candidates of haryana state.Campus placement is also provided for some courses

Campus Life

Annual sport day,Diwali celebration, convocation etc are held on regular intervals. Also trips are planned in order to make student overall development.The classroom is equipped with air conditioners and various digital learning medium.

Admission is taken from CUET as well as first come basis.We can fill form from university website and from office.Some seats are researved for candidates of haryana state.The exams are conducted semester wise

JGU is delightful place!!

Placement Experience:

EY, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and all other companies which defies international economics are the ones which recruits students of JGU. Theh even conduct seminars and workshops and tells us the things which we need to add in our arsenal to be fit and ready for placements. Jindal Students of Economics easily score placements worth 5-7 lakhs and nearly all the students who wish for placements gets it too.

OPJGU: Not my first choice, but definitely the right one

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive, according to me. The core courses that are mandatory for a student to take are highly relevant and necessary in order to develop the relevant skills and knowledge in that specific domain of the field. Electives on the other hand, are a student's choices and may or may not be relevant directly to the course one is studying. The university offers a wide range of electives and the electives are also taught by highly qualified professors across the 12 different schools of JGU. The end semester exams are either of 30 marks or 50 marks, depending on the course. Electives usually have a 30-mark end-of-semester exam for 1.5 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical and contextual, unless the course one has chosen is strictly application-based and demands applications of theoretical frameworks. The core exams in the first and second year are divided across 50 and 30 mark exams and are often for 3 hours. The exams are pretty easy and theoretical except for the practicum courses, which are deeply application-based. The final year has very few core courses which are for 30 marks.

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent average package is in the range of 3-5 LPA . Several companies come in campus for placement opportunities including big names like CVENT, TCS , Wipro etc . The placement are not so great but they provide a decent starting packages to fresher.

The JNU story of a student.

I have applied to this college because of not getting admission into Delhi University. My relatives have suggested me this university and I also applied in the Jims rohini sector 3 but there fee structure is very high I think 4 lakhs and in this university the fee structure is only two lakh's. In comparing this college with other college I say that this college is focused on theory rather than skills and the other college are focus on the skills rather than theory. Admission process is also so weird in this college first they say that there is 6 semesters of the course with six months of each semester but they finish one semester in just only 4 months that I think it is not suitable for the students who are taking admission in this college thank you...Read More
