- Extensive research and classroom experience. Also feedback of students is taken every semester, the college us student friendly and works for the betterment of the students.
- Both theoretical and practical approach is balanced. The SIP and LIP helps students grasp practical knowledge. Also the college provides with placement opportunities.
- Law students, management students and IT students its the best college, as the college is well equipped with moot court, practical session for management students and IT students.
Dislikes
- The college is quite far from the town. Thus those staying far have to hefty pay taxi fares or the monthly bus fare.
- The faculties dont get enough benefit, they are always at the college from morning to evening and during holidays too.
Course Curriculum Overview
Intellectual Property Rights was the honors paper, which is very much crucial in this realm of digital era. In addition importance to various subjects like jurisprudence, constitution, civil and criminal law, family law, environment law, cyber law was there in the course.
Fees and Financial Aid
The semester fee I got was 50% fee concession, as i am a local. However the university provided 50% fee concession to GTA and Sikkim region during my course of admission. It also provides with entry level scholarship, and merit level scholarships in the university.
Campus Life
The college provides with annual sports event, fest, intercollege competition etc. We were even provided with the opportunities to participate in various competition. There was even a e-library where all the required subscriptions were made.
Admission
I got to know about the university during a carrer fair which took place in my school. Thereupon, i learned about the courses provided by the university the fee structure and the scholarships offered.
Faculty
I studied law, and the faculties were always very helpful. The college also provides with contractual faculties whenever we were in short of faculties. In addition, various distinguished advocates, judges from high court and district court were invited to address the students.
