Likes

Faculty behave friendly and nicely with students and also available for students easily and easily accessible to the students.
Faculty is motivating and encouraging the students
Library and sports equipment are available.

Dislikes

College infrastructure is not good and campus is also not good.
Ratio od students and faculty is also less.
In library, books out of course and private publications are not available.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is good and prepare you for real world. Further projects and assignments are given to encourage team work and group working. Viva and project explaination to develop team work, team leading and communication skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

College fees is affordable even for people who are under poverty line and scholarships are also available for students easily and easily accessible to the students. Fully funded scholarships are also available for students. All government and other scholarships are available. And can be easily availed.

Campus Life

College campus organize many activities cultural events and competitions occasionally and on the special occasion and events. Many workshops are also organized by the college. Library has only course books , private publications are hardly available. No students social groups, clubs are available.

Admission

You are eligible for this course after 12th. Application forms and application fees are payable only online. All admission procedures are only in online mode , can be done by any online cafe. Reservation benefits are available on the time of admission. Many reservation benefits are available like free books and stationery and fees concession. Exams are moderately difficult. Admission process is fully online , so sometimes the site doesn't work so don't wait for last minute done your all work before last date. You only have to submit the documents asked in the campus, other all the procedures are done online oy and fees is also paid online only.

Faculty

Faculty to student ration is less, but Faculty is really good and learning experience is good. But some Faculty are not regular, their classes are not regularly held. Faculty is experienced and their teaching is also good and encouraging toward positivity and real life lesson and examples. Faculty is approaching and it is easy to connect with them.

Affordable College with Decent Opportunities and Scope for Self- Growth.

Placement Experience:

Placement at SKITM are decent and improving year by year . Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Reputed companies like TCS,wipro , Infosys and some emerging firms visit the campus. The averages package is around 3-4 LPA ,while the higher goes upto 6-7 LPA in some cases . Around 60% students get placed , especially those who have good technical skills and communication skills. The college also provide basic training and guidance for placements, which helps students prepare for interview The college provide some support, but it is not enough for high - paying jobs, so students need to prepare on their own.

Placement Experience:

Placements in my college are very good in one sense but okayish in some other. Many companies visit the college but only some of them are good and if one loses opportunity in some top companies, then only low paying companies remain. Students become eligible for college placements after 6 semester. Some top companies visiting for placements include, Goldman Sachs, Databricks, Google, Zomato, Amazon, etc. All of the students in my branch have received their offers except one or two, who will receive it eventually. Highest package this year is 1.04Cr INR and average would fall around 30L INR. Percentage of students getting placed in my branch is around always 100%. My plans after a degree is to work in industry offered to me by my placements, but even if I don't get on campus placement, I would be seeking out off campus placements and I am positive, I'll be in good place.

In the last year or 7th semester you will be able to attend campus recruitment and get placed in a reputed company. Last year there was approx 100+ company comes to the college for recruiting students. Last year their highest package is approx 10LPA and a minimum of 4LPA. Approx 80% of students are getting placed till last year and some of them are working in MNCs right now and some of them are opening their startups. After graduation, I decided to pursue higher studies abroad.
