Course Curriculum Overview
The BA. LLB course is designed to fit the current legal standards and practices, preparing students for careers in law, judiciary and also related fields.The inclusion of moot courts, internships, and case studies helps students apply theoretical knowledge in real world legal situations. The curriculum covers a wide range of subjects, including Political Science, English, History, Economics, and various branches of law such as Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, contract Law etc. The semister exams are usually little difficult especially the contact law subject.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is 21000 for the 1st year and arround 16000 per year from the second year to the 5th year. Students can get scholarships from the college if they perform well in the semester exams. There are however no campus placements available.
Campus Life
Social events, cultural festivals, and informal gatherings that occur here help students build lasting friendships and networks. Joining clubs and societies allows the student to develop soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, and communication. Sports facilities, gyms, and recreational areas that are provided by the college to gives the students an opportunity to stay active and unwind
Admission
To enter into the BA.LLB course a student needs to answer an entrance exam called GU-CLAT after their 12th standard. The major GU-CLAT portion/syllabus is basic mathematics, logical reasoning, english grammar and vocabulary and general knowledge.
Faculty
The faculty members typically hold advanced degrees in their field, such as a Master’s or Ph.D and many also being professional and practicing lawyers and advocates. Many faculty members have significant professional experience in their area of expertise, which they bring into their teaching.
