My college experience

Course curriculum is well structured and is updated. The curriculum is set according to the norms set by the Bar Council of India. The exam structure is also updated and according to the latest amendments.

Placements are not that good but teachers' recommendations play an inevitable role in getting jobs. Some of the top notch companies like KPMG, Boston Consulting Group do come but recruit only a few students and that too at a low package (approx.4-5 lacs).

The fees is affordable and is nearly around INR 63000 for 3 years. You can get a good placement, so this fees would be recovered in an year or two. So, don't hesitate by looking at the fee structure because it would be worth it and would definitely get you quite decent results.

The events celebrated in our college are wide - annual world mediation competition, Legal Aid programmes, fun week, Moot court competition, debates, quiz contests etc. Legal workshops are held every month.

The admissions are based on an entrance exam conducted by the University. The eligibility criteria for the same is as follows :-The candidate has to secure minimum 45% at the qualifying examination at the graduation degree.For SC/ST candidates minimum 40% at the qualifying examination at the graduation degree.The candidate is required to qualify the Entrance Exam conducted by the college.The aggregate of marks scored by the candidate at the Bachelor Degree Examination in all the subjects is converted into percentage. The percentage of marks so obtained is added to the total score at the Entrance Test. This total is divided by 2. This is the effective score for ranking for admission.Admissions will be purely on merit

Faculty is too good. All the teachers are professionals and supportive. They take doubts regularly and motivate us. They create an interactive atmosphere by conducting debates and quizzes where all the students can participate and interact with the rest of the class.
