Remarks

College opens up early in the morning, that's at 8:00 am. It becomes difficult for students who come from far by places. College doesn’t have placement strategy to help its students.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Exam structure is good, but you don't get practical knowledge about the court life until you on yourself go visit Court. However there are practical subjects based on your practical performance in court. Theoretical exams are too lengthy, you have to write lots about to fill ur answer. You have to give additional case laws and illustrations to support ur answer. The time limit for the exam is 3 hours, or 180 minutes. In this time limit you have to write 10 answers from the 14 questions given. You have to properly manage the time for writing this exam. Practical subjects such as moot court, client counseling, negotiation help to develop ur personal skills in practical life. Moot court is usually consecrated from second year while negotiate and client counseling is conducted for final semester of third year.

Placement Experience

3.5

The college doesn't provide any placement. But however it is compulsory for the students to complete a 30 days internship with a lawyer.

College Events

4.5

Lexinfinitum, its one of the competition on mediation and knowledge sessions are also conducted. Various colleges are invited from around the world and from India for this competition. Funweek is also conducted for the students of this college. Various days are celebrated with different competitions.

Fee Structure And Facilities

If u want to do LLB after 12 then the fees are less, around 12,000 per year. Which comes to around 12000 × 5 years = 60,000. But this does not include exam fees. The exam fees are around 2000 per semester. The repeat fee for exams the exactly double the amount you pay per paper. If u want to do LLB after graduation then the fees are around 30,000 per year. So for three years it comes to around 30000 × 3 years = 90000. The repeat fee for exams the exactly double the amount you pay per paper. However you can pay the fees in parts, that is half fee per semester. The payment structure of the fees is quite flexible. College helps if u are unable to pay the fees in terms of giving you time to pay the fees. There are scholarship to students you are belonging to Scheduled cast or scheduled tribe or to other backward classes of the society.

Fees and Financial Aid

I did not opt for any education loan or didn't get any scholarships. But if u want to opt for a loan you will have to do it on ur own, the college doesn't help students to apply or avail any loan.

Campus Life

4

The campus is quite good, with a well equipped library, research room, and a fully equipped gym. Students are always appreciated to go up for sports. There are different sports which the college participates. Students who participate in sports get grace marks from the University. Marks depends on the winning of the student.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very helpful. They help in getting notes for exam, teach juniors if they find any difficulty in studying any subject, they help for moot court. Seniors also help for practical exams.

Admission

You have to fill the form when admission dates are out. Then there will be an entrance test. All information related to the exam will be issued to the candidate. Answer the exam, get your name in the merit list. And then fill the admission form only, get the copy of the admission form and submit in the college office.

Faculty

3.5

Most of the faculty are well knowledged in terms of theory. The professors are well knowledged about the subject in terms of theory and teaching. They provide best knowledge to the student. Practical knowledge of few professors is bit low. Few professors don't know the actual practical reality. There are few professors who are practicing lawyers and they are best in providing practical knowledge about the court life and actual problem in real life. Some professors who are a part of a law firm help students score lots in exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of the LLB course is well-designed with a blend of theoretical and practical components. Practical components like legal aids and legal clinics prepare you for real-world applications. The level of exams is good as it challenges you to study the subjects deeply.

The admissions are based on an entrance exam conducted by the University. The eligibility criteria for the same is as follows :-The candidate has to secure minimum 45% at the qualifying examination at the graduation degree. For SC/ST candidates minimum 40% at the qualifying examination at the graduation degree. The candidate is required to qualify the Entrance Exam conducted by the college. The aggregate of marks scored by the candidate at the Bachelor Degree Examination in all the subjects is converted into percentage.
