There is an application form on the website of offs Bihar gov. I applied to magadh University for BA in pol science but my name didn't appear on the merit list. I belong to the EBC section, so I used this certificate to get admission to this college. Admission criteria were easy, I just filled the admission form at ppu.in for 500 Rs. registration charge and waited for my name to appear in the merit list issued by the college, my name appeared in the 2nd merit list.
